The vibrational spectra of two isotopic derivatives of γ-picolinic acid (-C^1^6O~2D,-C^1^8O~2H) have been predicted with the SQM force field resulting from the transferred scaling factors. The calculated isotopic shifts are in good agreement with experimental data.

Methods The pathological features of EPS were observed in 17 cases, and the expressions of HCG, HPL, EMA, PRL, PLAP, Vim, actin, c-erbB-2 and c-myc were analyzed immunohistochemically.

Results The neurological defects score was singificiant lower in D group (41.50±8.18) than that in group A(82.20±8.08), B(63.60±6.22) and C (61.00±6.58)(all P.01). Compared with groups A, C, group D showed that the cellular nucleus was shrinkaged slightly, the gap of cells was nomal roughly and the degree of rarefaction in neurofibra net was not serious under the light microscope. Under the electron microscope, the neuron was degenerated, the cellular membrane was integrated and the plastosome was swelled lightly in the group D. The physiological demage were slighter in D group.

结果 D组神经功能缺损评分(41.50±8.18)明显低于A组(82.20±8.08)、B组(63.60±6.22)和C组(61.00±6.58)（均P.01）；光镜下D组神经细胞核轻度皱缩，细胞周围间隙大致正常，神经纤维网疏程度不严重；电镜下D组神经元轻度变性，细胞核无皱缩，核膜完整，线粒体轻度肿胀；脑组织病理损害程度较B组和C组明显减轻。

Outcome:(1) Acute ischemic damage may induce the expression of c-fos protein in Cerebral Cortex quickly. Also, the expression increases by the ischemia time delay. It may hint that ischemia injury can rise the ability of nerve cells to tolerate ischemia and anoxia. And the expression level of c-fos can be up-regulated by putting blood of 12 hand Jing Points. So we think that treated by this therapy can rise the irritability of brain to resist the development of ischemia and enhance the ability to plerosis.(2) Acute ischemic damage may induce the expression of HspVO in Cerebral Cortex quickly. Also, the expression increases by the ischemia time delay. It may hint that ischemia injury can rise the ability of nerve cells to tolerate ischemia and anoxia.

三 结果(1)急性缺血性脑损伤可快速诱导c-fos蛋白在皮层缺血区脑组织的表达，其表达有随缺血时间延长而逐渐增多的趋势，提示脑的缺血性损伤可应激性地增强神经细胞对缺血、缺氧的耐受和适应能力，而应用井穴放血的干预治疗可明显上调缺血区皮层脑组织c-fos的表达水平，进一步增强脑组织对抗缺血性损伤的应激能力，抵抗缺血性脑损害的进一步发展。

It was found that La〓 does not affect the binding affinity between calmodulin and Polistes Mastoparan, a known calmodulin binding peptide, neither the conformation of the ternary complex. Excessive amount of La〓 result in the decrease of the binding constant and the disrupted conformation. The binding affinity of La〓 to calmodulin increased in the ternary complex (La〓-CaM-Mas/Mas X), which suggested the coordination between the two global domains. The binding priority between the two global domains is also changed: La〓 more is likely to bind to the C-terminal of calmodulin than to N-terminal, thus facilitates the binding of Mas/Mas X to the C-terminal of calmodulin as the first step of the Mas/Mas X binding.

In this paper, twenty novel meso-substituted porphyrins of four series were designed and synthesized by increasing the conjugation of porphyrins or introducing substituents with high fluorescence quantum yield into the meso-position of porphine, and then red OLEDs were fabricated by doping porphyrins into a suitable host using ten porphyrins compounds and their electrolumin -escence properties were tested.
