The chromosomal constitution of 200 advanced lines from 1R monosomic addition lines between the wheat cultivar Mianyang11 (MY11) and different rye lines R3, R12, and Baili-rye was studied by the improved C-banding and A-PAGE method. The result showed that 45 lines were identified as 1RS/1BL translocation lines congruously by the two methods. But a line (843-1-1), originated from an 1R addition line of wheat cultivar MY11 and rye line R12, was identified as 1RS/1BL translocation line by C-banding and genomic in situ hybridization,but the secalin block from chromosome arm 1RS of rye was absent in the A-PAGE pattern of its seed proteins.
结果发现,在鉴定的200个株系中,有45个株系经C-带和A-PAGE检测均一致地发现它们含有一对1RS /1BL易位染色体,而一个株系843-1-1,C-带鉴定、原位杂交结果均证明它含有一对1RS/1BL易位染色体,但A-PAGE醇溶蛋白图谱却不具有黑麦1RS染色体臂的黑麦碱特征带,而表达出既不同于黑麦碱又不同于亲本绵阳11的醇溶蛋白带型。

This paper studied the earnings managements of the listed companies by dividing the accrual into above-the-line accruals and below-the-line accruals. And for above-the-line accruals and below-the-line accruals of 2002, I divided above-the-line-accruals into working capital accruals and nonworking capital accruals. Then I used modified Jones model by adding industry variables to study the new characteristics of earnings management in 2002. This paper provides evidence that the listed companies still used below-the-line accruals as the main earnings management instrument. On the other hand the listed companies also used working capital accruals as one of their earnings management instruments. On the basis of the studies above, I build two proxies of the earnings management.
本文首先通过对2002年上市公司盈余管理的分项实证研究来观察各种制度实施后上市公司利用线下项目进行盈余管理是否得到了一定的遏制,实证过程中采用修正的横截面JONES模型加入行业变量并经过适当变形对上市公司年报线上项目和线下项目,并进一步将线上项目分解出营运资金相关项目和非相关项目两项进行盈余管理的实证研究,发现企业对线下项目的操纵仍然在企业盈余管理中占据主要地位,但从某种程度上看,线下利润的操纵得到了一定的抑制,另外企业对营运资金应计项目的盈余管理也是显著的。

Lines which were 2n=21"+1" and one line which was 2n=20"+2", one line which was 2n=43. The salt-resistance addition line Line15 was confirmed as a Disomic alien addition line by C-banding, SSR, FISH methods, and the two alien addition chromosomes had close correlation with the long arm of the second homoeologous group, the centromere region of the third homoeologous group and the short arm of the seventh homoeologous group. We also confirmed the particular C-banding type of the alien addition chromosomes by C-banding following FISH method. The drought-resistance addition line Line17 was found also as a Disomic alien addition line by SSR and FISH detection. The alien addition chromosomes had close correlation with the short arm of the second homoeologous group.
对导入赖草优质耐盐基因的株系Line15进行了C-分带、荧光原位杂交、SSR相结合的鉴定,确认Line15是一个二体异附加系,附加的一对染色体与小麦的第二同源群长臂、第三同源群着丝粒和第七同源群短臂密切相关,并确定了Line15的外源染色体C-分带特征带型,为目后鉴定Line15附加系的真伪提供了简便快捷的途径;对抗旱附加系Line17进行了荧光原位杂交和SSR检测,得出Line17也是一个二体异附加系,外源染色体与小麦的第四同源群短臂密切相关。

Results:①The amount of human colon carcinoma cell line SW480 treated by quercetin decreased. The morphology of partial SW480 cells was shrunk volume, integrated cell membrane, condensed cytoplasm, pyknotic chromatin, nuclear fragmentation. Apoptotic Corpuscles were found by electron microscope.②MTT colorimetric assay showed quercetin inhibited the growth of human colon carcinoma cell line SW480 in a time- and dose-dependent manner when the concentration of quercetin was 30、60、90μmol/L.③Flow cytometry analysis showed the cell cycle of SW480 cell was restricted in G1/S. G0/G1 phase rate increased and S phase rate decreased with increasing concentration of quercetin and time lasting.④ Zymogram analysis assay showed the secretion of matrix metalloproteinases in human colon carcinoma cell line SW480 treated by quercetin decreased. With increasing concentration of quercetin, the secretion of MMP-2 and MMP-9 decreased.⑤Immunohistochemistry method demonstrated the position expression of Cathepsin-D in SW480 cell was suppressed by quercetin in a time- and dose-dependent manner.

Firstly, we summed up the process and results of historical research. And then we classified the action morpheme and the noun morpheme. Based on the classification, we analyzed noun morphemes in order to find which kind of noun morpheme is strong to unite and which is the weak ones to centre around the action morpheme. Then we stated, analyzed and accounted for the usage of different semantic categories used in the line situation. We found that action morpheme combined into one by moving the line word was the main line and the main format, and explored and analyzed the role of analogy of noun morpheme line to other formats. Line formation of the word has its own reasons, so the article concluded by examining the formation of the line words' language, social and other reasons at last.

Also, by using a novel offset architecture, as opposed to completely overlapped architecture, for the differential transmission pair, a 33% reduction of thickness is achieved in the design of a miniaturized common-mode filter with multi-layer LTCC technology. In view of increasing need of high-speed clock and data circuits to control their skew problems, a design of LTCC delay line is then conducted. To improve the waveform distortion associated with the microstrip/stripline-type meander delay line, a miniaturized high-frequency 3-D delay line with grounded guard traces is introduced. By means of 3-D structure, the 233 ps delay time, which requires extra board space amounting to a factor of 2.34 by stripline type meander delay line, can be shrunk into an EIA 1206 form factor.

The result showed that the strong storm followed by mesoscale squall line was primary cause of strong sandstorm producing, steps and ladders short wave trough of 500 hPa was great criterion triggering system for the mesoscale squall line producing, the essential dynamic condition was provided by distortion field and the mesoscale low pressure of 700 hPa for the strong sandstorm forming and maintaining in mid-west of Hexi Corridor, the deep vertical circulation development condition was basic power that urged squall line to occur and sand dust to curl up, which was provided for the deep convection development by superimposition of lifting movement before ground cold front and ascendant current of secondary circulation in upper air jet entrance region, temperature and the barometric gradient around the cold front was enlarged by enhancement of ground thermal low and temperature diurnalvariation of afternoon, by which essential thermal energy unstable condition was provided for the gale and strong sandstorm eruption, the strong sandstorm appeared in downstream of -200 m^2s^(-2) center of vertical helicity, the vertical helicity had good instruction significance for development of squall line and landing region of sandstorm, the mesoscale squall line occurred in unstable stratification, basic condition of potential energy transforming as kinetic energy was provided by strong unstable stratification for the strong sandstorm forming and developing.

In order to study the relatively intensity of Zeeman effect split spectrum line, the quantum number distribution and the relatively intensity are presented in detail by the analysis of Hg(546.1 nm) spilt spectrum line in the external magnetic field; the image of coherence circle is obtained by CCD, and the intensity of image is analyzed, the relatively intensity of the spilt spectrum line by image disposed is close to the theoretical result. It is concluded that the phenomenon and rule of Zeeman effect can be analyzed by CCD image technology.
