Linear solvation energy relation was firstly introduced in the paper, and the method and step of gaining the special parameters of solvent and solute were introduced in detail, and these special parameters were used to selection and optimization of extractive agent in extractive distillation. The model of predicting activity coefficient at infinite dilution was established by linear solvation energy relation. By the above theory, several candidate solvents were selected to separate C5 fraction, and by experiment of vapor-liquid phase equilibrium at atmosphere pressure, the mixture of N-methyl-pyrrolidone including 4% water was used extractive agent of separating C5 fraction. Then binary vapor-liquid phase equilibrium of the some compound in C5 fraction and N-methyl-pyrolidone were determined at atmosphere pressure and correlated by NRTL equation. Isoprene being objective compound, experiments were operated in the laboratory-scale column; the processes were simulated by RadFrac model in ASPEN PLUS. And by the combination of experiment and simulation, the new process of separation of C5 was established.
本文首先对线性溶剂化能关系进行了分析介绍,也介绍了采用溶剂化能关系得到溶质溶剂特性参数的方法步骤,并将这些参数用于萃取精馏萃取剂的选择与优化;也通过线性溶剂化能关系式建立无限稀释活度系数预测模型,取得了一定的预测精度;将通过上述方法初选的溶剂进行了常压汽液平衡的测定研究,通过实验研究选定含水4%的N-甲基吡咯烷酮溶液做为C5分离的萃取剂,测定了大量N-甲基吡咯烷酮与C5组分的二元平衡数据,并进行关联计算;以异戊二烯为目标产物在实验室规模的精馏塔内进行了C5分离的实验研究,取得大量塔内数据;通过选用合适的热力学模型,采用ASPEN中RadFrac模块对分离过程进行模拟研究,通过实验与模拟相结合,建立了C5分离的新工艺,为将来的工业化打下了坚实的基础。

Major content of this work includes five aspects as follows:(1). Oxygen sensitive materials had been prepared by carrier covalence method, and the preparation mechanism of the materials had been investigated by FI-IR, SEM, and the detection experiment of oxygen. Then through the detection of oxygen, the sensitivity and stability had been estimated, and it was studied that the properties of materials would be affected by the various factors.(2). Oxygen sensitive materials had been prepared by carrier covalence-cross linking method, and the preparation mechanism of the materials had been investigated by FI-IR, SEM, and the detection experiment of oxygen. Then through the detection of oxygen and spectrophotometer, the sensitivity and stability had been estimated, and it was studied that the properties of materials would be affected by the various factors.(3). For the detection of gaseous oxygen, the fiber optical sensor on basis of oxygen sensitive materials had a respond time of 10s, detection limit of 5ppmand detection precision of 0.5%. The sensor had good repeatability and stability, a less delay and at least 1 year life-span.

Liver and spleen was obtained to calculate the index. The liver pathological changes were observed in each group of rats after HE staining to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Telmisartan; TGF-β1、PPAR-γand PDGF of liver tissue was detected by the method of immunohistochemistry respectively; The mRNA expression of TGF-β1、MMP-1、TIMP-1、α-SMA、PPAR-γand iNOS was detected by RT-PCR detection, respectively.

In this paper we combined three chromatographic separation and purification technique such as affinity chromatography, ion exchanger chromatography and hydrophobic interaction chromatography to develope a new technology of stimutaneous extraction of three enzyme from pancreatin. We optimized the technology by studying the methods of purification and assured the technology as: The crude extraction from the dissolution of Pancreatin is directly absorbed on the DEAE gelose fast flow columnEquilibrating buffer is 0.01mol/L NaoAc-HoAc buffer(pH4.5; eluting buffer is 0.2~0.35mol/LNaCl in 0.01mol/LNaoAc-HoAc buffer (pH4.5), and then be eluted by two steps to acquire the peak of kallikrein.The solution which can"t be adsorbed by DEAE gelose fast flow column is adsorbed on affinity chromatographic column Equilibrating buffer is 0.01mol/LTris-HCl buffer(pH7.5, eluting buffer is 0.5mol/LNaCl in 0.01mol/Ltris-HCl buffer(pH7.5)and then be eluted by one step to acquire the peak of trypsin.The solution which can"t be adsorbed by is pretreated with 30%~80%(NH_4)_2SO_4 fractional precipitation, the deposition of the precipitation is dissolved to beabsorbed on phenyl gelose fast flow columnhydrophobic interaction chromatography condition is Equilibrating buffer is lmol/L(NH_4_2SO_4 in 0.01mol/LNaoAc-HoAc buffer(pH4.5), eluting buffer is 0~0.6mol/L(NH_4)_2SO_4 in 0.01mol/LNaoAc-HoAc buffer (pH4.5) and then be eluted by two steps to acquire the peak of chymotrypsin.

The different fishes which are employed in the present studies are wild-type salmon, cultured salmon of freshwater and seawater, sea perch and fat greenling. The complete CT gene sequences of salmons are obtained by PCR amplification. The partial CT sequences of sea perch and fat greenling are obtained by in vitro cloning PCR method. Alignment of obtained CT sequences with other fish CT shows that CT appears to be well conserved among the same family. And the relative in taxonomy is far away, the similarity of different fish CTs is low. On the contrary, the closer the relative in taxonomy is, the higher the similarity of different fish CTs is. The sCT is expressed in pGEX-4T-X by recombinant form . We also succeed in the research of sCT expression alone by expression PCR. In addition, sCT antiserum is obtained using GST-sCT as antigen, and the high titer is tested by double immunodiffusion. In the rat bioassay, administration of 50 μg recombinant protein evoked significant hypocalcemia at 1 h after the data are analyzed by t-test.
本文用PCR方法克隆了野生鲑鱼、养殖鲑鱼的降钙素基因,并应用体外克隆PCR的方法首次克隆出鲈鱼、六线鱼降钙素的部分基因序列,通过对克隆的降钙素序列的比较研究,结果显示同一科的鱼降钙素序列保守性较高,同时,根据降钙素的部分氨基酸序列进行了降钙素相似性的比较研究,结果显示在分类学上,分类地位较远的鱼,其降钙素相似性较低,分类地位越接近的鱼,其降钙素相似性越高;我们利用谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(Glutathions S-transferase,GST)融合表达载体pGEX-4T-X对克隆的鲑鱼降钙素基因进行了融合表达研究,应用表达PCR的方法对降钙素基因的独立表达进行了初步的研究探索,并将纯化的融合蛋白作为抗原,获得了高效价的兔抗鲑鱼降钙素免疫血清;生物活性研究表明,大肠杆菌表达的融合蛋白具有显著的降血钙作用。

According to the studied results at present, the studied objects are mainly thin plate and beam about sound radiation mode, a method computed sound radiation mode of complex structure is presented in this dissertation, according to the results of the previous two chapter, a theoretical method to solve acoustical radiation mode and acoustical radiation efficiency of complex structure by boundary element method and acoustical radiation theory is posed, the acoustical radiation power is expressed as a Hermitian quadratic form, while the radiation modes is determined by general eigenvalue decomposing, and then the radiation efficiency is computed via the orthodoxy of radiation modes with regard to impedance matrix and average velocity matrix; lastly, the validity of the method is proved by pulsating sphere and radiating cube with analytical results. According to results of the form three chapter, the structure sound radiation sensitivity is studied in detail, the sound radiation power of structure can be expressed as positive Hermitian quadratic form, the sound radiation sensitivity can be expressed as two parts by partial differential with respect to design variable, which are sensitivity of boundary velocity and impedance matrix, combined with the theory of FEM and BEM, the structure sound radiation can be translated to the analysis of structure dynamic sensitivity and impedance matrix sensitivity. The theory posted in this dissertation is tested by the FEM software ANSYS and the software AAS programmed by author.
在前几章的基础上,通过结构声辐射的模态理论对结构的声辐射的机理进行了深入地探讨,针对目前声辐射模态的研究对象主要是简单的板和梁类结构,提出了一种计算复杂结构声辐射模态的方法,利用前两章研究所得的结论,将边界元方法与广义特征值的理论结合起来研究了复杂结构的声辐射模态与声辐射效率,先将结构的声辐射功率表示为一个正定的厄米特二(来源:ABb7C论文0909网www.abclunwen.com)次型,运用广义特征值分解求解了复杂结构的声辐射模态,然后利用声辐射模态关于阻抗矩阵与均方速度耦合矩阵的正交性,求解了复杂结构的声辐射效率,最后用具有解析解的脉动球与辐射立方体验证了该方法的有效性。
