This thesis integrates CMOS processes with post-process techniques of MEMS to design and fabricate a Transmit/Receive switch and a two-way on-off switch. These switches, actuated by an electrostatic force driven, are a contact type. These switches consist of a CPW transmission line, which is based on the metal layers by CMOS process.
