At the same time , we discuss the determinism and nondeterminism of formula-clock automata and the closure propertied under Boolean operation of the language which is accepted by formula-clock automata. We also prove the expressive equivalence between the deterministic formula-clock automata and the nondeterministic formula-clock automata. This means that every nondeterministic formula-clock automata can be transformed to a deterministic formula-clock automata which exactly accept the timed language identified by the fomer.We also extend timed words to infiniteness and define the formula-clock Buchi automata and the formula-clock Muller automata. At last, we show its application in formal verification and modeling of real-time system.

MethodsⅠMaximal electroshock seizure was adopted to analyse the relative of dose and effect, relative of time and effect, including maximal efficacy and potency of these five extractives in mice given by ig administration.ⅡMetrazol seizure test was used to compare seizure latency, anticonvulsant rate and mortality of mice with every extractives.ⅢPharmacodynamic parameters of five alcoholic extractives were assayed by means of Pharmacological Effective Method.ⅣUsing the model of seizure rats induced by penicillin localized injected in cortex,we studied the effect of extractives on seizure latency, frequency of epileptiform discharge, highest wave of hippocampus EEG(Recoded by RM6240C multichannel physiological signal collection and analysis recorde), the changes of convulsant behaviors and the latency of seizure.

The thesis can be divided into five parts as follows: First, the structural characteristics of finned-pipe evaporator are analyzed. After selecting suitable microelement controller, the heat-transfer and mass-transfer processes are analyzed for every microelement under the conditions of dryness, wetness and frostiness. Based on previous equations, some parameters of frostiness are confirmed and the frost-growing model is set up under frost condition. Some hypotheses are postulated and with the help of the equation of mass-conservation, energy-conservation and momentum-conservation, the evaporation model which fits in the dynamic simulation is built, which set a solid foundation for system simulation. Second, the starting and stopping behaviors under disturbed condition are analyzed and calculated by using the dynamic concentrative parameter model, which gives some advice to better prescribe refrigeration system and set theoretic foundation for carrying out automatic control of refrigeration system. Third, the normal running process is analyzed and calculated by means of rational matching theory, which gives some advice on how to better understand the parameter change under steady state and the affection of inlet-parameter on evaporator. Fourth, the simulation software with dynamic characteristic is designed, which can be applied to calculate thernio-parameter of cryogen, air humidity and frost thickness under different initial and boundary conditions, and to carry out dynamic simulation under conditions of dryness, wetness and frostiness, at the same time, to achieve detection and simulation at any stage from starting to stopping.

Aiming at a class of complex electromechanical systems, such as 4-high or multi-high cold mills and continual mills, we firstly construct mathematical models of every subsystems by means of structural principle modeling method; nextly, get the overall mathematical model of electromechanical drive system by joining together these subsystems'models according to coupling variables and parameters; we finally simplify the overall model according to time-scale principle which can retain main eigenvalues and significant state variables, and obtain a practical mathematical model of complex electromechanical system. By simulating the CM04 temper mill's model constructed by above-mentioned method, we test and verify that the modeling method is effective and practical. The study analyzes and researches the electromechanical coupling facts and acting laws existing in complex electromechanical system.
