Based on the load transmission mechanism of space truss, and referenced theanalysis of test materials, a formula for calculating the bearing capacity of reinforcedconcrete compression strut is introduced. By using the theory of plastic hinge-line, anupper limit solution of bent bearing capacity for four-pile cap, which coincidesprecisely with the practical measurements, is obtained. By utilizing the reaction ofthe soil under cap and by basing on the method of plastic ultimate analysis, an upperlimit solution of punching shear bearing capacity for pile cap is acquired, which. coincides precisely with the practical measurements, and the formula is similar to thecode.A brief discuss on cooperative work of strip beam of foundation and single rankof piles is made. Separately considering the pile-cap and the pile-group, thencoupling their matrix of rigidity, the inner force of pile-cap is solved by the numericalmethod under some reasonable supposition. In comparison with other method, thecalculating results are exact, reliable and convenient in using. The method provides apowerful tQol fOr further analysis and research on this kind of structure.
本文以空间桁架传力机理为基础,结合试验资料分析,推导了钢筋混凝土等边三桩承台受冲切承载力计算公式;根据塑性铰线理论,导得了与试验结果吻合良好的四桩承台受弯承载力的上限解;利用承台底土反力分布,根据塑性极限分析方法,导得了桩基承台受冲切承载力的上限解,在此基础上,通过简化假定,得到与规范公式相类似的承台受冲切承载力实用公式,该公式能方便考虑台底土反力作用,与试验结果的吻合程度比规范公式好;简要讨论了桩基条形承台梁与单排桩的协同工作分析;在一些合理假定的基础上,将承台与群桩分开考虑,分别得到其刚度矩阵后进行耦合,通过数值方法求解承台内力,算例表明,该方法结果准确,使用方便,为该类结构的进一步分析研究及工程设计提供了强有力的工具。

This thesis uses DEA to compare the WANO's performance indicators among three nuclear power plants in Taiwan. We take the past 7 years'(1997-2003) data of 3 plants, there are 21 DMUs totally. Due to the importance of the nuclear power plant safety performance , we adopt the output estimation by assuming the input as a constant; Five outputs parameters such as unit capability factor, unplaned automatic scrams are chosen to proceed the comparison and get the relative efficiency. We also collect the WANO performance indicators data of the same type nuclear power plants as Taiwan in the United State during 1999-2003 to proceed the same comparison with the domestic three nuclear power plants , in order to understand the relative efficiency between two groups.
本文系利用数据包络分析法,针对台湾地区三座核能电厂之世界核能协会绩效指标的实绩进行实证比较,研究对象是以这三座电厂过去七年(1997--2003)来的实绩比较,每一年度为一个评估单位,共有21个DMUs,由於核能电厂安全绩效之重要性甚高,故本研究纯粹以产出项为考量的绩效评比方式,故将投入项设为常数;产出项则选取机组容量因数、非计划自动急停次数等五项参数,进行评比求出其相对效率;另外也收集了1999—2003年美国同型电厂之WANO绩效指标实绩进行比较,以了解国本国三座核能电厂相较於美国电厂之相对效率为何?

The pot experiment results showed that inoculation with A1501 and A1513 could promote the growth and grain yield of rice. Comparison with the non\|inoculation, the grain yeild of rice treated with A1501 and A1513 increased by 8 5% and 10 3% respectively. And %Ndfa of rice shoot and grain estimated by 15 N\|isotope dilution method was 9 00% and 11 5%, respectively, which was consistent with the increment of the total N(8 5% and 11 6%,respectively).

Six experimental stages were designed in our procedure, those are:(1) metabolite recovery and tested sample preparation: the metabolites were recovered by Amberlite XAD-2 absorption, followed by MeOH elution and solvent concentration;(2) antioxidant detection and strain selection: samples were quantitatively analyzed by the inhibition effects on formation of lipid peroxides and TBARS to screen the strains able to produce antioxidants. According to the established screening methods, we chose out a strain of actinomycetes, designed as AMBL-029C;(3) antioxidant purification: the fermentation broth was recovered by a series of separation techniques including centrifugation, Amberlite XAD-2 absorption, followed by MeOH elution and a successive TLC purification. The resulting primary purified compound [temperately designed as AMBL-029C-TS] was further analyzed by HPLC to monitor its purity;(4) physical-chemical characteristics: judging from the acid-base fractionation experiments, and the pH and temperature stability tests, the compound was deduced to be a acidic compound with the properties of low polarity and highly pH and temperature stable;(5) mechanism of the antioxidant: in comparison with some other known antioxidants, TS was subjected to investigate its antioxidant mechanism, together with BHT,-tocopherol, as well as two streptomyces metabolites, homogentisic acid and -phenylpyruvic acid, which were previously isolated as the natural antioxidants in our laboratory.
针对本实验目的,我们设计了以下的实验步骤﹔(1)二次代谢物回收及检测样本处理:我们将发酵所得的培养上清液,利用疏水吸附性树酯Amberlite XAD-2吸附回收,并以甲醇溶离及真空减压浓缩脱水等方式处理,以取得提供抗氧化活性筛选之检测样本;(2)抗氧化活性检测及菌种筛选:以「过氧化脂质」和「硫丙二醯尿」的生成量进行定性定量分析以作为抗氧化物质生产菌筛选之用;经此筛选程序,我们选获了具有抗氧化物质高生产力的菌株,命名为AMBL-029C;(3)抗氧化物质的分离纯化:针对生产菌株的发酵回收处理液,以矽胶薄层色层分离法经物质层析纯化后,并以高效能液相层析法(High performance liquid chromatography;HPLC)分析物质可得一初级纯化物质,命名为AMBL-029C-TS;(4)抗氧化物质的物理化学性质分析:由酸碱转溶(acid-base fractionation)实验得知,此抗氧化物质属於中低极性的强酸性物质,对温度(37℃-100℃)及酸碱度(pH3.0-13.0)均表现出高稳定性;(5)在抗氧化机制探讨方面,我们针对数种不同的抗氧化机制进行探讨,即: 1。

CT images of the 6 UAs showed homogenous and low density in comparison with muscles. Of the 6 UAs, 2 (33%) were lobulate, 4 (67%) were regularly round or oval; 1 (17%) had bone septa, 2 (33%) had root resorption of the neighboring teeth, 3 (50%) had cortical perforation. All UAs showed well-circumscribed margins without soft tissue masses. Three UAs were examined by enhanced studies and showed mild to moderate enhancement of the wall. Of the 5 MAs, 3 (60%) showed low to intermediate density as compared with muscles, 2 (40%) showed homogenous and intermediate density; 3 (60%) had bone septa; 3 (60%) showed root resorption or destruction of the neighboring teeth. All 5 MAs were lobulate with cortical perforation, soft tissue masses, and ill-defined margins. All 3 MA5 examined by enhanced studies showed strong enhancement. CONCLUSIONS: SMAs are usually seen in middle-aged patients.

It is necessary to carry out a thorough study on pest control technology with DMDS, with an expectation of obtaining a new fumigant of methyl bromide alternative.2. Investigation of the toxicity of fumigation on adult and mixed stages of the three most tolerant insect species -- Sitophilus oryzae, Rhyzopertha dominica and Tribolium castaneum -- under a range of EtF、DMS and DMDS doses in a Flow-through Fumigation System shows that the FTFS procedure offers a constant concentration of fumigant with low CO2 concentrations and ensures that the fumigant toxicity is effectively not compromised by CO2. In comparison with chamber fumigation method, the toxicity data of EtF、DMS and DMDS obtained from this experiment is more accurate by using FTFS.

The DRe differences among plants could be well differentiated by TP. The DRe., i.e. water retention, represented by TP, was used as a major index to identify the ability of plant drought tolerance. It was showed that C.arborescens Ecotype Wu was generally the most drought tolerant one except lower than C.arborescens Ecotype XJ which was the maximum in May, bore comparison with Zygophyllum xanthoxylum by estimating seasonally; C.latens Ecotype NX was significantlly lower than C.arborescens Ecotype Wu, the result was contrary to being known; C.arborescens Ecotype Kerqin was significantlly lower than Wu; XJ, the maximum in May, showed no else great difference to NX; C.lanata was high in April and not high afterwards, however its phenological phase presented visible changes as compared with the original life patterns in western America.

The minor core protein s C-encoding gene of Muscovy duck reovirus was cloned into theprokaryotic expression vector pET32a. The recombinant plasmid pET32a-s C was amplified andextracted after being transformed into E.coli DH5a competent cells. Restriction analysis withEcoRⅠand SacⅠand sequences analysis indicated that the recombinant plasmid was inserted withcorrect open reading frame. The fusion protein about 50 ku was produced after induction with 0.15mmol/L IPTG of E.coli competent cells transformed with pET32a-sC. The SDS-PAGE andWestern-bloting test indicated that the fusion protein reacted with the convalescents sera of duckinfected with Muscovy duck reovirus. The indirect ELISA method was developed by using thepurified fusion s C protein as coating antigen. The optimal concentration of s C was 5μg/ml, thedilution of serum sample was 1:40; The results showed that preparation of an ELISA by using sCas coating antigen in detecting 50 field duck sera in comparison with the AGIP were more sensitiveand specific than agar gel immuno-diffusion AGIP test. The results suggest that presence ofantibody against viral protein sC in duck may be a good indicator by the sC-ELISA for detectionof duck infection with reovirus.
