Traditional Ni coating and brush electroplated composite coating of nano-diamond/Ni are prepared respectively on 45(superscript #) steel matrix. A comparative study of the structure and performance of the two brush electroplated composite coatings is carried out by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive spectrometry and X-ray diffraction.
