For reconstruction from contours, this dissertation uses Active Contour Model to check the boundary contours. The algorithm can generate single, continuous and close contours quickly. For reconstruction from voxel, this dissertation presents an algorithm to trace the boundary contours from segmented regions based on Active Contour Model. The algorithm can trace the contours of inter and outer connected multi-regions correctly and accurately, and can prevent tracing from jumping out to the neighbor region, also can define the contour precision and contour key points actively as snake is growing up.

对于基于轮廓线的表面重建，利用主动轮廓模型（Active Model，又称Snake Model）来完成断层图象上目标轮廓的提取，可以获得单象素连通的封闭的目标边界轮廓；针对基于体素的表面重建中实施了分割后的体数据，提出了一种基于主动轮廓模型完成二值图象中轮廓跟踪记录的方法，可以对同属于重建目标的内外邻接多区域进行正确和准确的边界轮廓跟踪，使得在跟踪当前轮廓时不会跨越到相邻轮廓，且主动轮廓的精度可以根据参数交互决定，尤其是能够在主动轮廓成长的同时主动定义轮廓关键点。

As a preliminary theoretical exploration, a limited series of stream function was employed to study the characteristics of the reattachment boundary layer. 本文展示了中法1995～2000年青藏高原北部地学研究的如下主要新进展：①完成8 000 km长的青藏高原北部及中部天然地震岩石圈探测剖面，确定若干条岩石圈断裂，发现与新生代火山喷发有关的青藏高原中部深处的低速、低密度体，塔里木地块俯冲于阿尔金山之下；②提出阿尔金断裂形成于220～240 Ma和左行平移400 km的科学依据及确定其新生代变形量；③确定祁连南缘350 km长的高压-超高压变质带，提出其可能代表早古生代时期北中国板块与扬子板块之间西部界限的新认识；④根据加里东期蛇绿岩、花岗岩及俯冲杂岩带的新发现，初步建立了古碰撞造山格架；⑤提出高原隆升的&地幔底辟和内向陆内俯冲&的新假设。

Results of EBSD show that most of the reversed austenite in the steel treated by QT distribute along the grain boundary, but in the steel treated by two--phase region heat treatment the austenites distribute uniformly along all kinds of boundaries, especially also along the lath martensite boundary in the grain, so the cryogenic toughness can be also improved even the amount of austenitic is lower than that in the steel treated by QT process.
