Thirty-six rats ,weighing(250±10)g, were randomly divided into normal group, experimental group and control group.Orthodontical devices were put between the upper incisor teeth and dens molaris in both experimental group and control group.The corrective force was adjusted to 60g.Salvia miltiorrhiza combination was implanted to each rat in the experimental group every day.The animals of both experimental group and control group were killed at 7,14 and 21 days.The upper dens malarias and periodontal tissue slices were observed under the light microscope and transmission electro microscope,and the X-ray dental films were taken and measured with digitization dental scanning apparatus and its software.

The result showed that the surface architecture and ultrastructure of I.punctatus ' gill and secondary gill lamellae were similar to those of other teleosts. The surface of gill arches and gill rakers was covered with pavement cells which were characterized by circular microridges, and secreting-holes were found among cells on the surface of gill arches. The base part of gill rakers were bigger in terms of diameter. The pavement cells' surface of gill filaments' middle part was characterized by microridges with fine lateral protuberances on both sides which were either fused or interruped, while the microridges disappeared on the pavement cells' surface on both top and base parts of gill filaments, forming dense granulated protuberances. The height and interlamellar space of secondary gill lamellae in I.punctatus were relatively higher and bigger, respectively.

The dissertation emphasizes that corruption spreading trend can be put to an end gradually through comprehensive administration, by all available means at the same time, especially by taking into consideration initiating new policies and building the organ to guard and fight against corruption.

The paper investigates both block-type pilot linear minimum mean square error algorithm and IEEE802.16 OFDM channel estimation analysis. Simulation results confirm the block-type pilot structure is more suitable for IEEE802.16 system. An optimal pilot setting algorithm, based on space frequency domain, is explored and the pilot chart is presented. The proposed algorithm finds its application in MIMO-OFDM. Simulation results show the algorithm presents a good approximation to the perfect channel state information curve, with about 2dB difference in SNR. The simulation results also demonstrate the algorithm achieves fairly high stability in the environment of fast fading, performance of the proposed algorithm is better that of pilot training channel estimation.3. Taking into account the characteristics of IEEE802.16 OFDM system, OFDM system simulation platform is constructed in Matlab, exploiting simulink as a tool. OFDM modulation and demodulation simulation system are configured on LabVIEW platform. All the system signal processing is simulated, including defining system parameters, designing modulation model, and verifying all the proposed algorithms under different environments, such as white Gaussian noise, multi-path fading, with or without guard interval etc. Bit error performance is evaluated. The research provides valid theoretical basis for practical OFDM system performance evaluation.4. Taking advantage of software radio, the paper designs a hardware platform with both 256-IFFT/FFT and 512-IFFT/FFT OFDM schemes co-existing in one platform. You can predetermine one from the two schemes to carry out almost the same model function with different system performance and parameter setting.5. Referring to IEEE802.16 standard, the paper proposes a design method for generating signals and frames suitable for laboratory investigations implemented in laboratory environment.6. Based on 6701evm digital evaluation card, combined with analogy front-end, the paper designs a DSP software model to deal with baseband signal processing. An overall OFDM scheme, with modulation and demodulation function, is accomplished.

The results indicate that weight factor had significantly effect on gait speed, steps per minute, gait cycle time, the ratio of stance time and swing time, maximal flexion angle of knee joint and the range of motion of elbow joint. Shelf height had significantly effects on hip flexion and elbow ROM. Box size factor had significantly effect on stride length, gait cycle time, the ratio of stance time and swing time, knee joint elbow ROM. For the muscle activity levels with EMG, load weight and shelf height both affected the %MVC significantly. When the subjects carrying a load of 14kg, the muscle activity and the subjective body part discomfort rating are both higher than that of 7kg. The box size had effect on the body part discomfort rating of upper extremity and back. For the kinetic and kinematics analysis, the shelf height around elbow height was better than the other two height levels.

By metaphorically invoking the photographic terminology in the spirit of Bergsonian / Deleuzian time-movement interpretation as inspiration, the exhibition Timelapse in which a dozen artists from both Switzerland and China will participate, attempts to examine the fundamental constituent of digital media: the concept of time and its embodiment in space, its evocation of passage and memory, its movement of differentiation and its state of representation in diverse formal grammars to reveal the social implications of the fast in the disguise of the slow, the multiplicity in temporality and disparity in spatiality, both psychologically and geographically, stirring up a desire to scrutinize the nuances and ramifications in regards to the construct of cultural being in the disparate framework of time in distance and space in locality and the potential collapse of such time-space duality.
