In this paper, the 3-D finite element relocating mesh method is used to calculate the temperature field and the thermal creep stress field of spillway dam and mid level outlet dam in certain roller compacted concrete gravity dam, sensitivity analysis have been down with different parameters, such as placing temperature, the location of cooling pipe, cooling temperature, time for water supply, ascended-layer of concrete, intermissive time and different placing time, and the commendatory construction scheme have been put forward in such analysis; according by the test result on the two scheme of concrete aggregate combination (basalt as coarse aggregate and limestone as fine aggregate, basalt as coarse aggregate and basalt as fine aggregate), simulation analysis on temperature field and thermal creep stress field of the commendatory construction scheme have been down, and analysis have also been down on temperature field and thermal stress field of the two different aggregate combination, the result indicates that the spillway dam and mid level outlet dam which adopted these two aggregate combination can both satisfy the require of design crack resistance in concrete, furthermore limestone as fine is better than basalt as fine aggregate; the effect of summer water storage and winter water storage on the temperature field and thermal stress field have been analyzed, comparing with winter water storage, in summer water storage scheme the maximum tensile stress at abnormal concrete in upstream fill is decreased by 0.1～0.3MPa and there are no evidence change of the maximum tensile stress at other parts, which indicate that summer water storage is avail for the crack resistance of upstream fill; according to the simulation calculating result and comparing temperature simulation calculating results and temperature controlling measures of some similarity projects both completed and construction, synthesis appraise have been carried to the design temperature controlling measures of dam, and the temperature controlling measures of this project have been brought forward, all these have great reference value on the design of temperature controlling measures and the optimization of the construction scheme.

本文采用三维有限元浮动网格法仿真计算程序，对某碾压混凝土重力坝的溢流坝段和中孔坝段分别进行了三维有限元温度场和温度徐变应力仿真计算分析，对浇筑温度、冷却水管的布置方式、冷却水温、通水时间、浇筑升程和间歇时间、不同开始浇筑日期等参数进行了敏感性分析，在此基础上提出了推荐的施工方案；根据两种骨料方案(玄武岩粗骨料+灰岩细骨料方案；玄武岩粗骨料+玄武岩细骨料方案)的混凝土性能试验研究成果，对推荐的施工方案进行了温度场和温度徐变应力仿真计算，并对比分析了两种不同骨料情况下的温度场和温度应力，结果表明溢流坝段及中孔坝段采用上述两种骨料均能满足混凝土的抗裂设计要求，且灰岩细骨料优于玄武岩细骨料；计算分析了夏季蓄水和冬季蓄水对坝体温度场和温度应力的影响，夏季蓄水方案与冬季蓄水方案相比，坝体上游变态混凝土区域最大拉应力小0.1～0.3MPa，其他部位最大拉应力无明显变化，夏季蓄水对坝体上游面混凝土的抗裂有利；根据仿真计算成果并通过比较国内一些已建和在建的类似工程的温度仿真计算成果及采取的温控措施，对大坝的设计温控措施进行了综合评价，并提出了该工程的温控措施，对温控设计和优化施工方案具有重要参考价值。

We didn\'t find activated points in cerebellum and deeper brain.3.Acupuncture of sham point can significantly activated BA2,6,8,13,21,37,40,44,45,47,putamen and other areas.Both the left and right side of the brain have activated points,but points on the right side are more than those on the left.Both sides of middle temporal gyms,parietal lobule,supramarginal gyms and the lentiform nucleus have obvious activated points.The activated points mainly concentrated in the cerebral cortex,the deep-activated are mainly in the putamen.4. Sham needling in sham point can significantly activate BA6, 8,9,10,18,21,37,40,43,44.The activated points are mainly distributed in the right side of the brain.The left side also has some activated points;5.In the comparasion of Acupunture and sham-needling in S J5,we find that BA8 and cerebellum have distinct regional activated points;6.In the comparasion of acupuncture in SJ5 and sham point,we find BA2 and left cerebellar regions have activated points;7.Sham needling in S J5 compared with sham point,we find BA7,8,9,18 and other areas have activated points,the main activated points are at the left brain.It is not difficult to find that the distribution of activated points are mainly in the middle brain,no obvious activated points at the temporal lobe.

结果：通过对数据的处理和分析，我们初步发现：1、外关穴真针刺能显著激活Brodmann area45、37、44、40、22、13、37、47区、海马、杏仁核、黑质等区域，小脑左侧更明显，左侧颞叶皮层激活点多于右侧，且脑部左侧深层激活点多于右侧；2、外关穴假针刺能显著激活BA46、44、41、13、40、37、19区等区域，激活点主要集中表现在大脑皮层，以颞叶为主，小脑及深部未发现明显激活点；3、非穴真针刺组结果分析初步表明，BA2、6、8、13、21、37、40、44、45、47区以及壳核等区域有激活点，大脑左、右侧均有激活点，但右侧更多，双侧颞中回、顶叶下小叶、缘上回及豆状核有明显激活点，激活点主要集中在大脑皮层，深部激活点主要在壳核；4、非穴假针刺能显著激活BA6、8、9、10、18、21、37、40、43、44区等区域有激活点，主要分布在大脑的右侧，左侧也有不少激活点，就其具体分布主要在颞叶和额叶，少部分分布在顶叶和枕叶；5、外关穴真针刺与假针刺对比发现，BA8区和小脑等区域有明显的激活点；6、外关穴真针刺与非穴真针刺对比发现BA2区、左侧小脑等区域有激活点；7、外关穴假针刺与非穴假针刺对比发现，BA7、8、9、18等区有激活点，主要反应点在左侧大脑的枕叶中回、楔叶，顶叶楔前叶及额上回、中回，就其分布不难看出主要在大脑中部，颞叶未见明显激活点。

RESULTS: FGFR1-positive chondrocytes were abundant in the maturative layer and hypertrophic layer, but only few FGFR1-positive chondrocytes were found in the proliferative layer. In the control group, the expression of FGFR1 increased from 6-week-old to 10-week-old rats, and then decreased and went stable. In both young and adult group, the expression of FGFR1 in the experimental group was significantly lower at 4, 6 weeks and higher at 8 weeks than that in the control group, especially in the young group (P.05). But no difference was found between the experimental group and the control group at 2 weeks in both groups. CONCLUSION: FGFR1 may play an important role in the remodling of condylar cartilage induced by occlusal disorders.

结果：FGFR1主要表达在大鼠髁突软骨过渡层和肥大层，增殖层很少；正常组大鼠髁突软骨从6周龄到10周龄FGFR1表达逐渐增强，10周龄后降低，并保持在一个稳定水平；成年组和幼年组实验4、6周时FGFR1的表达均显著低于对照组，实验8周时的表达高于对照组(P.05)，幼年组尤为明显，实验2周组与对照组无显著差异。

However, the mylonite resulted from strong cataclasis can act as a seal of the coals. The cementation resulted from underground water activity is of great significance to the sealing ability of the fault. Mylonitic coal layers resulted from faulting occur on both sides of the fault. They are unique reservoirs with low permeability and high displacement pressure and their scales depend, to some extent, on the fault throw, fault properties, the hanging wall and footwall.

结果表明：①当断层落差较小时，断层泥比率和泥岩涂抹潜势值较大，泥岩涂抹效应强烈，且与断层两侧煤层对接的岩石主要为泥岩类，此时起封闭作用的主要为泥岩涂抹作用和断层两侧岩性配置关系；②当断层落差较大，泥岩涂抹作用较弱时，对接越不利于封闭形成，但碎裂作用强烈，沿断层两侧形成的糜棱岩对煤层起到了封闭作用；③地下水活动导致的胶结作用对整个断层的封闭具有重要的意义；④断裂作用形成的糜棱煤沿断层两侧分布，此糜棱煤带是一种低渗透、高排替压力的特殊储层，其规模与断层的落差、性质、上下盘都有一定关系。

Based on this idea, the author has chosen two typical loess sections of Luochuan, and Xifeng for this study, collected the successive loess columns; To probe the conditional experiments of BeO sample preparation and measurement, and improve the existing method; On the basis of the technology improvement, the author has finished 402 samples' BeO preparation and AMS measurement; Also at the same time, to separate quartz from samples at 1 cm interval for both Luochuan and Xifeng sections systematically, to carry out measurements of quartz grain-size, SUS, grey scale, carbonate content and bulk sample density; By using the grain size model, the author has set up the chronological framework for both Luochuan, and Xifeng sections and the time sequence of millennial scale abrupt climate events recorded in loess strata, and reconstructed the East Asian monsoon history over 130ka by using multi proxies; Finally, to discuss the possible mechanisms of palaeoclimatic changes tentatively.

详细地球科学的发展离不开高精度和高分辨率的研究。运用长寿命核素如〓Be作为环境过程的示踪，已成为不可替代的有效工具。本论文选择洛川、西峰两个典型的黄土剖面，连续采集柱状样；探索了BeO样品制备、测量的条件实验，改进了原有的方法，完成了402个BeO样品的制备和AMS测量；同时还系统地分离洛川、西峰剖面高分辨率（1cm）黄土、古土壤样品中的碎屑石英，测量了碎屑石英粒度，以及全样的磁化率、灰度、碳酸盐含量和容重等古气候代用指标；采用粒度年代模式建立了洛川剖面和西峰剖面的年代标尺，建立了黄土地层记录的千年尺度的气候突变事件的时间序列，多指标重建了最近130ka东亚季风变迁史；初步讨论了古气候变迁的可能机制。

The periostea of both experimental and control side of the mandibular ramus were taken and prepared, 2 of each 5 rabbits in a group were prepared for HE stain detection and 3 for proliferating cell nuclear antigen immunohistochemical detection.Results:1, The newly formed bone was detected on the lateral aspect of mandibular ramus after periosteal distraction. The bone was shaped like a hill. It looked very low and was full of holes at postoperative day 28. With the time of consolidation period lengthened, the newly formed bone matured gradually. X-ray examination showed the new bone shaped like a hill. The average values of new bone height at postoperative days 28,35,42 and 56 were 1.86 + 0.15mm, 2.29 + 0.29mm,3.19 + 0.13mm and 4.70 + 0.45mm. Histological examination of both HE stain and picricacid-fuchsin stain showed the increase in the number of osteoblasts and the change in the orientation of collagen fibers and bone trabecula. There were no significant differences between newly formed bone and original bone on the lateral aspect of mandibular ramus at postoperative day 56 histologically.2 Compared with the control side, the distracted periostea proliferated obviously under the microscope, and the number of periostealcells increased with satiation of cellular nuclear per unit area. The images of PCNA immunohistochemical stain of periosteum showed that the experimental periosteum proliferated obviously after distraction compared with the control side.

结果：骨膜牵张成骨的实验研究南京医科大学硕{学位论文l、骨膜牵张后，可见下领升支外侧的骨皮质上有新骨形成，新骨呈山峰状凸起，术后第28天的新生骨较低平，多孔隙，随着固定时间的延长，新骨逐渐成熟；下领升支前后向切线位X线投照显示新骨呈山峰样隆起；经测量，术后第28、35、42和56天组平均新生骨厚度分别为x.86士0.15mm、2.29士0.29mm、3.19士0.13mm和4.70 土0.45mm；脱钙骨组织的HE染色和不脱钙骨组织的苦味酸一品红染色的组织学观察均显示了新生骨在成骨细胞数量上的增长，以及胶原纤维和骨小梁排列方向上的变化，术后第56天的新生骨在组织学上与原升支骨组织已无明显区别。2、HE染色显示，与对照组相比较，实验侧骨膜增生明显，细胞间排列紧密，单位面积内骨膜细胞数增多，细胞核饱满；骨膜PCNA 免疫组化染色显示，与对照侧相比较，实验侧骨膜在牵张后出现了明显的增生迹象，PCNA阳性细胞分布紧密，单位面积内阳性细胞数较对照组多，靠近骨表面的骨膜中的阳性细胞数更多而且分布更为紧密。

Our interpretation of the results from parsimony, distance and maximum likelihood based phylogenetic analyses suggest:(1) African colobines and Asian colobines have been independent evolutionary entities for a long time; the divergent time is estimated to occur 10 million years ago based on a molecular clock of 2% substitution per site per million years;(2) both Rhinopithecus and Trachypithecus could be regarded as separate genus;(3) Pygathrix and Rhinopithecus are sister groups while Presbytis and Trachypithecus are closely related;(4) both the Sichuan and Yunnan snub-nosed monkey represent valid species respectively;(5) within genus Trachypithecus, T. phayrei is closely related to T. cristatus and T. auratus, while T. francoisi is distinct from them; the white-headed leaf monkey, however, should be a subspecies of T. francoisi;(6) within genus Presbytis, P. thomasi should be separated as a valid species from P. melalophos, but the genetically divergent degree between P. comata and P. melalophos implies that P. comata may just be a subspecies of P. melalophos.

结果表明：（1）非洲疣猴与亚洲疣猴的分歧已非常明显，按分子钟推算的分歧时间约在1，000万年前；（2）Rhinopithecus和Trachypithecus均应成为独立的属；（3）白臀叶猴属与金丝猴属关系较近，Presbytis属和Trachypithecus属关系也较近；（4）我国的川、滇金丝猴应分别被视为独立的物种；（5）在Trachypithecus属中，菲氏叶猴与银叶猴(T.cristatus)和乌木叶猴亲缘关系较近，黑叶猴(T.francoisi)则与它们的关系较远，曾被怀疑为一个种的白头叶猴(T.f.leucocephalus)应只是黑叶猴的一个亚种；（6）在Presbytis属内，托氏叶猴应从僧帽叶猴(P.melalophos)中独立出来成为一个有效种，但我们的结果倾向于将灰发叶猴置为僧帽叶猴的一个亚种。
