Morphological and flourescent changes were assessed using confocal microscopy in whole-mount organ of Corti preparations. Results (1) After the animals were exposed to broadband noise at 122 dB SPL in 4 h/day for 2 days, both apoptosis and necrosis appeared in OHCs. The single strand DNA in apoptotic OHCs were observed both in guinea pigs and mice.(2) In normal OHCs, EndoG was distributed outside of nuclei. EndoG translocated from outside to inside of the nuclei in both apoptotic and necrotic OHCs following noise exposure.(3) The MNNG cochlear perfusion and noise exposure both caused the transloctation of AIF from the mitochondria to the nuclei. The translocation of AIF took place in both apoptotic and necrotic OHCs.

Chapter one is a general introduction to financial leasing, in which the author discusses the definition, legal nature and features of financial leasing. Moreover, the author defines the nature of "international" in "international financial leasing" as different business sites of both the leasor and leasee in different countries. In Chapter two the author probes into the various manifestations of breaches of contract by both the leasor and the leasee in financial leasing on the basis of a careful analysis of the regulations in both Anglo-American law system and the civil law system, CISG and Unidroit Principles of International Commercial contracts as well as our country"s law. In Chapter three the author studies the respective legal problems concerning bankruptcy of both the leasor and the leasee, including the leaser"s right to take back the leased assets. The last chapter is the conclusion of this dissertation , in which the author , on the basis of the first three chapters, puts forward his suggestions on the perfection of our country"s financial leasing law and thinks that a financial leasing law be passed to regulate both parties" conducts in the transaction and the whole transaction of the leasor should be supervised by a uniform government organism.

objective to establish immunological methods specific for detecting antigens in different groups of monoclonal antibodies.methods indirect immnofluorescence assay was applied to identify specificity of the two groups of monoclonal antibodies prepared with crude antigen and recombinant antigen of aspergillus fumigatus,respectively.two different double monoclonal antibody sandwich elisa assays established with the two groups of antibodies were performed to detect antigents in the cell culture supermatants of 19 common species of aspergillus,penicillium marneffei,and 5 species of candidas.results the results of indirect immnofluorescence assay indicated that the monoclonal antibodies prepared with crude antigen of aspergillus fumigatus were specific for antigens in both clinical isolates and environmental isolates of aspergillus, whereas the other group of monoclonal antibodies was proved to be specific for aspergillus fumigatus of both clinical and environmental isolates.the elisa assay established with the crude antigen-specfic monoclonal antibodies could detect both of the clinical and environmental isolates of aspergllius, while the other assay could only detect aspergillus fumigatus of both clinical and environmental isolates.and no cross reaction with the cell culture of penialllium marneffei and candidas was observed with the two methods.conclusion the elisa assays can detect both of the clinical and environmental isolates of aspergillus,and differentiate aspergillus fumigatus from other species of aspergillus.

Teller published his version of the hydrogen bomb story under the title The Work of Many People. The names of Cockcroft and Walton appear on the letter to Nature announcing their discovery but Rutherford's does not. My name appears on the patent for the safe reactor but Teller's does not.
