Currently, materials to repair bone defects are various. Ideal material for bone transplantation should have properties of osteogenesis, bone induction, bone conductibility and biocompatibility.

结果 12周时，骨基质海绵组成骨能力最强，羟基磷灰石组次之，海螵蛸组成骨能力最弱，明胶海绵组无成骨能力。

RESULTS On the experimental side, there was new bone formation in the bone medullary cavity, the endosteum and the section surface of the cortex at 2 weeks. At 4 weeks, at the center of the blood clot in the tube there was new bone formation and bone defect was completely healed at 8 weeks.

结果 实验侧术后2 周即在骨断端髓腔、骨内膜及皮质断面处有新骨形成，并长入管内血肿，术后4周新骨长入血肿中心，8周完全骨愈合。

结果发现：坚硬接骨板内固定后六周时固定段骨即出现骨质疏松，发生在哈佛氏系统的骨丢失，10周后骨内膜表面出现骨吸收、骨髓腔增大，两个表面的骨重建单位的负平衡使固定段皮质骨疏松变薄，特别是在钢板下。

Results: MR examination of bone contusion were mostly less than two weeks, but a few patients were longer than one year: STIR, TIWI were more sensitive lesion detection series in hone contusion (100% and 95.7%). Bone contusion mostly occur at knee, and lesions mainly distributed in the margin area of articular (69.8%), in superior portion of vertebral body(74.l%). Bone contusion following-up showed a line-like hyperostosis and osteosclerosis in contusion area. Histological manifestations of bone contusion were local trabecular micro fractures, edema, hemorrhage and injury of fat tissue.

结果：1多数骨挫伤MRI检查在两周内完成，少数病人时间超过1年；2检出骨挫伤敏感的MRI序列为STIR及T1W/I（100%及95.7%）；3膝关节是骨挫伤的好发部位，病灶主要分布于骨边缘区(69.8%)，在脊柱主要分布于椎体上缘终板下(74.1%)；4骨挫伤影像随访提小病变区出现线状骨质修复，骨髓水肿吸收；5骨挫伤病理为骨小梁显微骨折，骨髓水肿、出血和脂肪损伤。

However, vascularized bone autograft can't provide suitable donor for big mass bone defect, large segment defect and bone defect with joint because of limitation of quantity, size, shape etc of donor. So, people thinks of vascaularized bone allogeneic transplantation .

髋关节骨质改变：CT显示单纯性骨质破坏6例，骨质硬化为15例，骨质疏松5例。MRI显示骨质改变为12例。

Results Metaphysis osteoporosis was observed on X-ray and CT in acute stage, the midsection of infarct of bone was isointensity on T1WI and iso/hyperintensity signal on T2WI, the edge of infarct of bone was ring-shaped hypointensity on T1WI and hyperintensity signal on T2WI. Small worm-eaten change and stippled calcification was observed on X-ray and CT in subacute stage, the infarct of bone was iso/hypointensity on T1WI and iso/hyperintensity signal on T2WI, the edge of infarct of bone was ring-shaped hypointensity on T1WI and hyperintensity signal on T2WI. Irregular and wriggle osteosclerosis was observed on X-ray and CT in chronic stage, was hypointensity on T1WI and T2WI.

结果 骨梗死急性期X线、CT表现为干骺端骨质疏松，MR T1WI骨梗死灶中央部分呈等至高信号，T2WI呈高信号，T1WI骨梗死灶边缘呈环形低信号，T2WI呈环形高信号；亚急性期X线、CT表现为小的虫噬样改变，伴有斑点状钙化，MR T1WI骨梗死灶呈等或低信号，T2WI呈等或稍高信号，T1WI骨梗死灶边缘呈环形低信号，T2WI呈环形高信号；慢性期X线、CT表现为不规则状、蜿蜒状骨质硬化，MR T1WI和T2WI均呈低信号。

RESULT: The activity and drinking of mice who had proceeded bone marrow transplantation after 60Co total body homogeneous radiation was no significantly different with normal mice, but their pelage became grey, blood samples detection were also same with normal mice after five weeks of bone marrow transplantation, the proportion of GFP positive cells in bone marrow cells achieved 59.62±13.21% proved by laser confocal microscopy, all these evidence proved the bone marrow reconstitution had been finished in the recipients.

结果： 60Co全身均匀照射后进行骨髓细胞移植的骨髓移植组小鼠的活动与饮食与正常小鼠无明显差别，只是毛发渐变灰白，五周后其血常规与正常鼠相较无明显差异，流式细胞仪检测显示其骨髓细胞中GFP阳性细胞的比例也达到59.62±13.21%，提示骨髓重建成功。
