So the proposed method in this dissertation not only meet the requirements for fossil-fuel unit set in GB/T 12145-1999, but also can effectively restrain condensate and feed water system corrosion. Thereby the proposed method can reduce the loss by corrosion's leading accident, lower Fe content in boiler feed water, slow the boiler's scaling speed, delay boiler's chemical cleaning interval, effectively enhance unit's reliability, usability and using life and solve the problem of poisonous chemical deoxidant. Factory remaining hot water, remaining vapor and boiler heating system, were adopted in tilapia overwintering. Every step, such as site selection, pond and fish preparation, cultivation of fish, fish selection, timing of overwintering, stocking density and managements during overwintering, was compared among three systems. The results of data analysis showed that the survival rate in remaining hot water system was 12% higher than in remaining vapor system and 21.25% higher than in boiler heating system. The overwintering cost in remaining hot water system was 735 Yuan/m~3, which was 18 Yuan lower than in remaining vapor system and 71.4 Yuan lower than in boiler heating system. The profit in remaining hot water system was 201 Yuan/m~3, which was 162 Yuan higher than in remaining vapor system and 275.4 Yuan higher than in boiler heating system.

The model of fouling increasing is developed on the basis of sediment rate and denudation rate. The fouling monitoring models for boiler furnace and convective sections based on heat balance, the ones for air heater based on converted pressure difference are given. The implement results show that these models can reveal the cleanliness of boiler heat transfer surface. 2、The disadvantages of the model for boiler furnace fouling and slagging monitoring based on heat balance are discussed, and the calculation of radiant heat flux is considered as the primary difficulty.
