本实验对糖尿病性视网膜病变（Diabetic Retinopathy，DRP）的成因以及针刺防治DRP的作用机理进行了探讨，实验结果表明：糖尿病大鼠（1）血浆TXB2及TXB2/6-ket0-PGF1α比值均显著升高，提示其血小板机能亢进，内皮细胞功能损伤，具有血栓形成倾向；（2）红细胞滤过指数（Filtration Index，IF）显著增高，提示其红细胞变形能力低下，携氧运行功能降低，是造成视网膜缺氧状态的因素之一；（3）呈持续高血糖状态，与视网膜血管基底膜增厚及管壁细胞减少有关；（4）血清生长激素（Growth Hormone，GH）水平明显升高，既是导致基底膜增厚的重要因素之一，又促进VWF合成，参与血栓形成倾向。

Result］ Under blood stasis, it can to some extent inhibit the production of primary cancer, the serum IL18 and HGF were reduced in mouse of liver metastasis with cancer, which may intervene the liver metastasis; Shensanqi extract had some definite function on the primary cancer of spleen and liver metastasis of rats with liver metastasis of cancer, the platelet exerted key functions in cancer hyperplasia, infiltration and metastasis.
