Methods 104 patients with severe heart failure were divided into two groups. objective:to approach the immunity status of pulse magnetic field treatment on treating paediatric lobular pneumonia.method:120 paediatric cases,suffering from lobular pneumonia by pulse magnetic field treatment,admitted by our department during the period of january 2008 and october 2008,designing observation group;120 cases,which were health check-up the same term,designing control group.observation group were picked blood 2ml before treatment and after treatment 4 weeks;control group was picked blood 2ml during health check-up.blood serum was separated and immunoglobulin was inspected by immunity nephelometry and immunity function were analyzed.results: iga igm igg value in 120 cases observation group was lower than of the control group and iga igm igg value was obviously heightener after treatment.the difference between the two cases was significant in statistics（p.05）.conclusion: pulse magnetic field treatment on treating paediatric lobular pneumonia improve immunity function,boost up resistance of paediatric cases.

目的：探讨脉冲磁疗治疗小儿支气管肺炎前后体液免疫功能状况。方法：我科于2008年1月~2008年10月收治的部分支气管肺炎患儿采用脉冲磁疗治疗120例，设为观察组；同期门诊健康体检儿童120例，设为对照组，观察组于治疗前及治疗后4周分别采血2ml，对照组于体检时采血2ml，分离血清用免疫比浊法进行免疫球蛋白检测，并对治疗前后患儿的体液免疫功能进行分析研究。结果：120例观察组患儿治疗前iga igm igg值均低于正常对照组，且观察组治疗后iga igm igg值均较治疗前明显增高，且经统计学处理差异均有显著性（p.05）。结论：脉冲磁疗治疗小儿支气管肺炎改善了患儿的体液免疫功能，从根本上增强了抗病能力。

Abstract］ objective to observe the effects of indapamide and losartan alone and combined treatment on the elder patients with hypertension,hypokalemia,hyperglycemia,uric acid,lipid,ect.methods one hundered and fifty patients with hypertension were randomly divided into three groups,with each of 50 cases.the levels of blood pressure,hypokalemia,blood sugar,uric acid,lipide were examined before and after treatment.results after 8 weeks the systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower.antihypertensive treatment group is the best,the levels of hypokalemia is lower after treatment in the indapamide group,the levels of uric acid is also lower in the losartan group and antihypertensive group.conclusion losartan and indapamide combined treatment not only coordinate to decrease blood pressure but also reduce uric acid,reduce the effect of hypokalemia caused by indapamide.

目的 观察氯沙坦与吲哒帕胺单独应用或联合用药对原发性高血压患者血压、血钾、血糖、尿酸、血脂的影响。方法将符合诊断标准的150例老年高血压患者电脑随机分为3组，每组50例，进行用药前后自身对照试验，8周后检测各组血压、血钾、血糖、尿酸、血脂值。结果 3组治疗后收缩压和舒张压均较前明显降低，联合治疗组降压幅度最大，氯沙坦组和联合治疗组治疗后尿酸值较治疗前降低，吲哒帕胺组治疗后血钾值较治疗前降低。结论氯沙坦与吲哒帕胺联合应用不仅具有协同降压作用，而且能降低尿酸，减轻吲哒帕胺引起的低钾血症。

objective we start with clinical research to explore the ability and mechanism of ion conduction with chinese herbs to curing ovulatory obstacle.methods adopting the methods of clinical observation random contrast.select the cases of ovulatory obstacle dividing randomly into two groups:therapeutic group and control group,the patients of therapeutic group using ion conduction with chinese herbs with act'on nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis when follicle grow up to 1.4cm.we take the decoction of jia jian tao hong si wu tang conducting the unilateral lower abdomen which has the dominant follicle,treating continuously for 4～8 days and observing ovulation.the patients of control group inject hcg 10000unit when follicle grow up to 1.8cm and observing ovulation.appraising two groups ovulated rate and pregnancy rate,and detect fsh、lh、e2、p at sixteen to eighteen days of menstrual cycle.results ion conduction with chinese herbs can significantly inspires ovulation and its effection is evidently higher than control group and has a higher pregnancy rate,no side effect of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.conclusion ion conduction with chinese herbs has significant function on inspiring ovulation.the target effection of treating ovulatory obstacle is exact.this method has a ovulated rate and higher pregnancy rate.

采用临床观察、随机对照的方法，选择排卵障碍的患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组在b超监测卵泡生长达到1.6cm时，给予具有养血、活血化瘀作用的加减桃红四物汤水煎剂，用离子导入仪将中药水煎剂导入有优势卵泡的一侧少腹部，连续治疗4～8时天，同时连续监测卵泡排出情况。对照组在b超监测卵泡达到1.8cm时，开始采用hcg10000u肌注，连续b超监测卵泡排出情况。评价两组排卵率及受孕率，同时在月经周期的第16～22天抽血查fsh、lh、e2、p。结果运用离子导入的方法将具有促排卵作用的加减桃红四物汤水煎剂导入有优势卵泡的一侧附件，其促排卵的作用优于用hcg肌注促排卵，而且受孕率高，无卵巢过激综合征之虞。结论中药离子导入具有显著的促排卵作用，其治疗排卵障碍的靶向作用确切，排卵率及受孕率高。
