METHODS: Eighty guinea pigs were randomized into control group, model group, salbutamol treated group and Maxin liquid treated group. Asthma model s were established by ovalhumin. The changes of eosinophile in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, thromboxane B2 and 6-Keto-prostaglandin F1a in blood, the airway resistance and the pulmonary compliance were observed by Pap staining, radio-immunity , and pulmonary function test instrument of MIL type specially for experimental animal.

实验设正常对照组、模型对照组、复方麻辛组、沙丁胺醇组，选用豚鼠共80只，采用清蛋白造模，并运用巴氏染色法、放射免疫法、MIL型实验动物肺功能测量仪，分别检测肺泡灌洗液中嗜酸粒细胞数、血浆凝血恶烷(TXB2)、6-酮－前列腺素(6-K-PGF1a)以及清蛋白激发后气道阻力和肺顺应性。

Results: All rats in experiment group devloped CAG at the end of 12 weeks with the following Pathological changes of CAG such as thin mucosa layer, thick muscle layer, decreased glandes, soakaging inflammation cells in microscope and with the time prolonging, the atrophy of gastric mucosa became more serious; In normal control group and normal feeding group, the IL-6 and IL-8 content in blood serum are the same at every time point; In experiment group, IL-6 became increased from 4wk and kept high level from 4wk to l2wk and had significant difference compared with normal controls.

结果：灌胃至12wk时出现胃粘膜层变薄，固有层腺体减少，固有层纤维结缔组织增生，粘膜肌层明显增生，慢性炎细胞浸润等萎缩性胃炎表现，随著热盐水灌胃时间的延长，32wk胃粘膜萎缩程度明显加重；正常对照组和正常餵养组大鼠各时间点血清IL-6，IL-8含量基本相同。

Results : The blood sugar was obviously lower in the observation group than in the control group. The frequency of drug therapy was lower in observation group than in the control group.

结果：观察组3~4个月内血糖值明显降低，且12~14个月内需药物治疗患者的发生率明显低于对照组。

In order to observe the effects of mercuric chloride to physiological and biochemical indexes of blood at low doses in SD rats, 24 SD rats were separated into control group, low dose group of mercury (50 mg/L), middle dose group of mercury (100 mg/L), high dose group of mercury (200 mg/L), which were given in the drinking water.

In the 3-month therapy group, amnion-ureters were enclosed by their peripheral tissue and showed rich blood vessels and normal ureteric lumina without significant contracture, futher more, there had formed a well-arranged transitional epithelial layer and smooth muscular layer, the immunohistochemistry result showed that the expression of CKAE1/AE3 and α-actin were positive.

结果：36只大白兔中，1个月治疗组死亡6只，3个月治疗组死亡8只，死亡原因均为感染。1个月治疗组大白兔羊膜输尿管柔软，长4 cm，管壁变厚，无挛缩，移行上皮组织爬满内壁，平滑肌组织部分再生，但较稀疏，排列不规则；免疫组织化学检查提示CKAE1/AE3染色阳性，α-Actin染色微弱。3个月治疗组大白兔羊膜输尿管与周围粘连，有丰富的血运，无明显挛缩，管腔不缩小，已形成良好的移行上皮层和平滑肌层，免疫组织化学显示α-Actin和CKAE1/AE3染色均为阳性。

Results The content of CPK is lower in the experiment group than that in the control group significantly.In the experiment group dissolution of myofibril is reduced.The local blood flow is higher in the experiment group.

结果：实验组CPK含量较对照组显著降低；实验组肌原纤维溶解程度减轻；实验组局部血流量显著升高。

Rats with CHF were divided randomly into two groups, one group was injected dexamethasone(1mg /kg) intramuscularly at the first and forth day respectively,the other group was injected equi-volume saline likewise, and observing the changes of symptoms of rats with CHF; measuring rats hemodynamics index including blood pressure, heart rate and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure 4 days later.
