Through taken the measurements of pH, TOC, UV-Vis spectra and high-performance liquid chromatograph in the degrading process of solution ,it was found that the COD of dye solution increased, pH continuing declined and TOC reduced gradually. The UV-Vis spectra and high-performance shown that though dye molecules had been destroyed, Strong Chromophore Azo Double Bond of dye was certainly under attack, the big conjugated system was vandalized and dye molecules were decolorized degradation, but they were not completely changed into carbon dioxide and other inorganic matter by mineralization, it appeared accumulation of aromatic ring and double benzene nucleus, so it is thus evident that complete destruction of aromatic ring is more difficult than the double benzene.

From the investigation into the visible spectra and performances on textile of these azo dyes, as acid dye, it was found that these dyes had deep coloring effects on dyeing wool or silk, and five of which could dye wool into black one at 3% o. w. f., especially the diazo dye derived from 2, 8-diamino-10-methoxy-5, 10-dihydrophenophosphazine 10-oxide and acet-J-acid, it could not only dye wool into black one but each fastness of the obtained dyed sample was good.

Under the operation of 98KPa pressure, only 6% flux was increased, which showed the increase of flux in the applied electric field process mainly from electrophoresis effect. The effect of dye filtration by membrane is mostly influenced by the basic nature of dye, including size of molecular weight, electrophoresis motility and the adsorbability of dye to membrane.
