In China, there is no research in the field previously. This thesis supported by the Ministry Advanced Research Foundation of China, make a basic study of the instrument. Its achievements read as follows:(1) A new analytic method based on the concept of an equivalent volume force presented in this thesis, which solve the problem of piezoelectric beam, is simple, clear and reliable.
