Results showed that the activity of soil poly-phenol oxidases and acid phosphatase, and soil respiration were suppressed by Starane at 0.5 and 5 mgkg^(-1) dry soil, respectively, during the first several days of experiment, but were slight promoted thereafter. In contrast, treatment with Starane at 50 mgkg^(-1) stimulated at the beginning of experiment but inhibited following that time the activity of soil poly-phenol oxidases and acid phosphatase and soil respiration. Activity of urease was stimulated at the beginning but inhibited in the following days by Starane at 0.5 and 50 mgkg^(-1) dry soil, respectively. However, the pattern of stimulation of urease activity at first several days of experiment followed by reduction to the basil level was observed. With respect to invertase, its activity was constantly depressed in the presence of Starane.

It is conducive to uptake soil nitrogen for flue-tobacco on dryland soil with maize-tobacco rotation before topping (60 days after transplanting) and uptake soil nitrogen for flue-tobacco on paddy soil with rice-tobacco rotation after topping.2 The nitrogen utilization efficiency of rapeseed cake, rice straw and rape straw were 19.5%, 15.5%, 8.1% respectively, and the inorganic fertilizer nitrogen utilization efficiency were 41.1%, 42.7% and 35.7% under the combined application of organic additives and inorganic nitrogen fertilizer. The contribution rate of rapeseed cake, rice straw, rape straw to accumulated nitrogen of flue-cured tobacco were 1.0%, 2.4%, 2.7% respectively by the combined application of organic additives and nitrogen fertilizer. Flue-cured tobacco for organic nitrogen absorption meet with the nitrogen needs laws of high-quality tobacco, indicating that the combined application organic additives and inorganic nitrogen fertilizer reduces the nicotine content of tobacco, an increase of sugar/nicotine ratio and improved the quality of tobacco. In which the role of rice and rape straw is greater than the rapeseed cake can be used as measures to lower nicotine.3 Nitrogen accumulation in flue-cured tobacco with the total nitrogen input was a significant positive correlation during the growth stage of flue-cured tobacco. The total nitrogen input for the 156.3-405.5kg.hm-2, in which the soil nitrogen mineralization capacity account for 22.6%-54.3%, with an average of 34.5%, that is, soil nitrogen mineralization accounted for 1/3 of the total nitrogen input.

The new ideas from this paper: using mechanics principle study of soil, create a practical test to prove that it could change the physical mechanics character of base soil completely, reducing distortion, improving strength, and eliminating wet or sinking of base soil by seal extrusion during hole formation process at certain replacement rate; it could strengthen the loessial soil base to high bearing capacity to standard value of 300 to 400kPa through seal extrusion to hole formation technology together with rammed cement soil pile. Some value of the parameters adopted by bearing capacity calculation of the composite base of rammed cement soil pile with seal extrusion to hole formation exceeded the criteria of 'Technical Regulation on Building Ground Treatment'.(JGJ79-2002) This technology meet the design requirements and save investment.

To study the effect of papermaking wastewater irrigation on soil hydrological properties in saline reed field, different wastewater irrigation frequencies were employed in the saline reed field of Yellow River Delta. Soil infiltration course and hydrological properties were determined in field and laboratory. After wastewater irrigation, the change of the soil pH value, soil salt content and soil hydrologic-physical properties were observed. The results were showed that: 1 After wastewater irrigation, the mean reduction of soil pH value was 6.0%.

The basic algorithum without eight change and the joint use of quantitative coding , The compression ratio and PSNR can be adjusted , and it can get more quickly speed of coding .2 To a group of exact fractal code , the decoding image can be any resolution .With this characteristic ,choose the proper domain block and range block,this paper get an algorithum which can get higher decoding PSNR and speed than the basic fractal algorithum.3 Give a new method to calculate the scale factor . The calculation of basic algorithum is complex and enormous . The factor of scale is an important variable of the basic algorithm. Now there are two methods to calculate the factor of scale .A new method was given to calculate the factor of scale. The calculation load and complexity are reduced by the new method. Compared with the basic algorithm , the method can reduce coding time.4 The basic fractal algorithum is based on the Collage theorem and contraction mapping theorem . A mathematic model based on basic fractal algorithum is given .
