采用临床观察、随机对照的方法,选择排卵障碍的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在b超监测卵泡生长达到1.6cm时,给予具有养血、活血化瘀作用的加减桃红四物汤水煎剂,用离子导入仪将中药水煎剂导入有优势卵泡的一侧少腹部,连续治疗4~8时天,同时连续监测卵泡排出情况。对照组在b超监测卵泡达到1.8cm时,开始采用hcg10000u肌注,连续b超监测卵泡排出情况。评价两组排卵率及受孕率,同时在月经周期的第16~22天抽血查fsh、lh、e2、p。结果运用离子导入的方法将具有促排卵作用的加减桃红四物汤水煎剂导入有优势卵泡的一侧附件,其促排卵的作用优于用hcg肌注促排卵,而且受孕率高,无卵巢过激综合征之虞。结论中药离子导入具有显著的促排卵作用,其治疗排卵障碍的靶向作用确切,排卵率及受孕率高。

The ion concentrations were studied in both four snow pits on Hami Miaoergou FlatTopped Glacier and one snow pit on Haxilegen Glacier No.51 of Kuitun river in eastern Tianshan Mountain, and both snow pits were retrieved in 2004. The results show that the Ca2+, NO-3 and SO2-4, particularly Ca2+, are major ions in the snow of snow pits in both ablation and accumulation area and also in the ice of snow pits in accumulation area on Hami Miaoergou FlatTopped Glacier, where the relationships among major cation concentrations in snow of snow pits can be revealed by ion concentrations in the ice of snow pits, but the correlation between ion concentrations in the snow of snow pits and elevation is not obvious, which probably can be attributed to the narrow span of elevation and sparse snow pits on glacier. However, the good correlation between ion concentrations in the ice of snow pits and elevation indicates that the elution process weakened gradually with the elevation rise and temperature decrease.

It was observed that not only histidine, but also histidine-Co and histidine-Ni could induce and substitute some Cu and Zn from Cu_2Zn_2SOD, eventually influence the activity of this metalloenzyme. Histidine- metal ion complexes have stronger ability than histidine to displace the bound metal ion from SOD. In addition, the amount of foreign metal ion binding to the SOD was less than that of metal ion lost from SOD. It obviously means that there was apoenzyme in the solution.

X=0, 11, 22, 33, 44, and 55 borophosphate glasses series have investigated, and it is found that:(1) both the covalency bonding between Yb〓 ion and oxygen ion and the asymmetry in local structures surrounding Yb〓 ion have strong effects on integrated absorption cross section ∑〓 and emission cross section σ〓 of Yb〓 ion in borophosphate glasses;(2) the borophosphate glasses and borate glasses appear superior as Yb-gain media to the phosphate glasses, although the phosphate glasses have been demonstrated as the most appropriate Ndgain media.
