Because of sharing characteristics with both Galliform groups, Tragopans are classified as partridges by some authors and pheasants by some others. In this study we set out to sequence the cytochrome b-gene of 19 species pheasants. and took the sequence for those 22 species from GenBank. We amplified 828 base pairs using the PCR technique. Primers designed by ourselves were based upon Galliform sequence data. Neighbor-joining method and Minimum evolution method were used to analyse cytochrome b sequences with Anhima cornuta and Kachuga dhongoka as outgroups.

In our experimental results, we have transferred the GaAs solar cells from GaAs substrates onto the mirror-coated copper substrates with the base layer thickness of 1.5 μm. The photovoltaic performance of the orginal GaAs solar cell on a GaAs substrate was also measured. Under AM1.5G and without anti-reflective coatings conditions, it is found that the Jsc can increase from 12.6 mA/cm2 to 13.82 mA/cm2, while the conversion efficiency can improve from 7.91% to 8.53%. As a result, the enhanced Jsc and η data of the GaAs solar cells can be contributed by the AuGe/Au mirror between the GaAs solar cell and copper substrate.
在实验验证方面,本实验室将砷化镓太阳电池由砷化镓基板转移至铜基板上,在基极厚度1.5 μm、AM 1.5G、以及元件未披覆抗反射膜的条件下,短路电流密度可由12.6 mA/cm2提升至13.82 mA/cm2,增加9.7%,而转换效率则可由7.91%提升为8.53%,这结果显示当砷化镓太阳电池基极底部镀有金属反射层时,的确能适度地提升太阳电池的短路电流密度及转换效率。

In this study, 526 base pair DNA fragment of OMT were obtained from Chamaecyparis formosensis. Then the 5' and 3' RACE coupled with the Genome walking were used to clone the full length of CCoAOMT, named CfCCoAOMT. After combining the sequence data, there is a total of 1721 bps in full length including promoter sequence.

The available operation range in clivus and anterior cranial base by transsphenoidal opproach was also observed during the operation under the help of neuronavigational pointer. Forty-one patients underwent sublabial, transseptal, transsphenoidal approach to the pituitary region guided by Surgical Microscope Navigation was studied. The piriform aperture was 27. 2mm±3. 1 , the origin of inferior nasal concha 30mm±4. 1, the origin of middle nasal concha 27. 9mm±4. 3. These data are important for transsphenoidal approach, because the piriform aperture and the origin of both inferior and middle nasal conchas restricted the opening width of the Hardy specula. If any distance of these bony structures was much less than the mean one, may cause inadequate opening of the specula blade and resulting dissatisfied operative field. Microadenomas or cystic tumors perhaps can be operated even in a narrow exposure, but large or giant solid adenomas may need a proper evaluation including changing the operative approach or performing a bilateral submucous inferior conchotomy or posterior ethmoidectomy firstly.
