RESULTS The positive rate of P-gp170expression in cervi-cal cancer pre-radiotherapy was58%（22/38）.Among them,the positive expression rates were10/18（56%）,6/10,4/6and2/4in keratinizing,nonkeratinizing squamous-cell carci-noma,adenocarcinoma and adeno-squamous-cell carcinoma respectively.The positive rate of post-radiotherapy was90%（34/38）and among them,the positive expression rates were16/18（89%）,8/10,6/6and4/4in keratinizing,nonkera-tinizing squamous-cell carcinoma,adenocarcinoma and adeno-squamous-cell carcinoma respectively.

结果 宫颈癌组织P-gp170阳性表达在放疗前为58%（22/38），其中角化型、非角化型鳞癌、腺癌及腺鳞癌分别为10/18（56%），6/10，4/6，2/4例；放疗后其P-gp170阳性表达为90%（34/38），其中角化型、非角化型鳞癌、腺癌及腺鳞癌分别为16/18（89%），8/10，6/6，4/4例，P-gp170表达阳性强度较放疗前亦呈增高趋势。

Objective: To investigate the expression of MAGEA1 and MAGEA3 protein in the development of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, as well as in the head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent tissues. It will help to know the correlation of the two proteins in head and neck squamous cell and provide satisfactory and safe surgical margin of squamous cell carcinoma.

目的：探讨MAGEA1及MAGEA3蛋白在头颈部鳞癌的发生过程中的表达以及在头颈部鳞癌及癌旁组织中的表达情况，了解其与头颈部鳞癌发生的相关性，并为鳞癌手术安全切缘的范围提供理论依据。

The control group were fed basal diet, group 1 to 3 were fed basal diet supplemented with 90,100,110 mg/kg of Lespedeza Bicolor crude extract, group 4 to 6 were fed basal diet supplemented with 60,70,80 mg/kg of ethyl acetate extract, group 7 to 9 were fed basal diet supplemented with 60,70,80 mg/kg of n-butanol extract.

Among 4 T lineage leukemia,5 neuroblastoma and 1 colon cancer cell lines tested, only Molt-3 was found weakly positive (31.40%) for 2B8a, while the remaining 3 T cell lines (Molt4, JM and CCRF-CEM), 5 neuroblastoma cell lines (LA-N1, KCNR, BE, SK-N-SH, SK-N-AS) and the colon cancer cell line (HR8348) tested were negative.
