By means of essencial amino acid index and animal growth experiments, using the amino acid composition of the muscle in black sea bream juvenile as standard EAA requirement model for fish feed, The effects of nine different formulae of feed protein sources were compared. The amino acid balance and the nutritional value of the protein sources in feed for the juvenile of black sea bream were studied.
