In the situation, this paper brought up the risk analysis and evaluation method on the basis of intelligent control and network communication technology for Network Communication System. The risk analysis and evaluation of Network Communication System firstly discussed the character of network communication and its risk. At the following we estimate a risk evaluation model according the distribution of the systems risk by time and space. Otherwise, we combined Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation with Analytic Hierarchy Process, and set up the multi-grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for Network Communication System.

In the article, it briefly analyzes the necessity of monitoring the hydric parameters and the development status of monitoring system about the electronic power, then a real-time monitoring system for generator hydric parameters is presented, which applies the configuration software MCGS, radio-communication SMS, Modbus protocol and RS-485 bus .in the design of the system, MCGS is used to configurate the interface of superordinate computer and the device component of the wireless communication is authorized by Visual Basic; the transmitting and receiving flow through GSM(Global System for Mobile communication)in the way of SMS. First of all, the collectivity precept for calibration system is designed, the calibration platform is set up based on the XCP Protocol and the calibration object is CAN bus network simulation ECUs. Then how to create the calibration system based on Ethernet and Series communication is expatiated, the communication way from computer to ECUs is introduced and the calibration system is tested. Then how to create the calibration system based on CAN bus communication is expatiated, the design and the interface programme are introduced and the calibration system is tested. At last the platform is used to calibrate the CAN bus network simulation system to regulate the simulation system's topology and communication speed to test the communication protocol's feasibility.

So loss-of-excitation protection would be maloperation when system voltage drops short and recovers or generator rejects load.③Based on stability principle, it puts forward setting conditions and calculation method of generator loss-of-excitation protection by direct measuring power-angle.
