The synthetic gas and ash composition heat transfer and flow in vertical pipe of coal gasifier are simulated and analyzed by the theory and program presented. The temperature、velocity and concentration variations of synthetic gas and ash composition are accomplished. The influences of coal gasifier working condition and vertical pipe parameters on the gas and ash cooling process are discussed. The law of solid-gas two phase turbulent flow and heat transfer is further revealed.
