Result:Among total of 80 cases with non-visualized kidney in IVP,renal parenchyma of 37 cases were non-visualized under ~(99m)Tc-DTPA renography,GFR was 0 ml/min,32 cases carried out nephrectomy;Renal parenchyma of the rest 43 cases were visualized under ~(99m)Tc-DTPA renography,GFR were(20.03±9.64) ml/L,among them 9 cases were carried out nephrectomy, 34 cases received kidney-sparing operation;The 34 cases(divided into 4 groups according to range of GFR) recheck ~(99m)Tc-DTPA renography 2 months later after the operation,Preoperative GFR within(1～10) ml/min,GFR were(4.25±2.99) ml/min,postoperative GFR were(4.00±2.94) ml/min,t=0.522,P＞0.05,indicated no significant change of GFR after the operation; Preoperative GFR within(11～20) ml/min、(21～30) ml/min、(31～40) ml/min groups, preoperative GFR were(15.38±2.63) ml/min、(24.83±2.92) ml/min、(34.25±2.75) ml/min, postoperative GFR were(17.77±3.79) ml/min、(29.42±3.90) ml/min、(40.25±3.50) ml/min respectively,paired t-test,P＜0.05,indicated that 2 months\' postoperative GFR increased significantly,the function of kidneys recovered in some degree.

结果：在80例IVP不显影患肾中，37例患肾在~(99m)Tc-DTPAI肾动态显像上肾实质不显影，GFR为0 ml/min，其中32例行患肾切除；43例患肾在~(99m)Tc-DTPA肾动态显像上肾实质显影，GFR为(20.03±9.64)ml/L，其中9例行患肾切除，34例行保留肾手术；34例保留患肾手术者(根据术前GFR在不同值范围分为4组)在术后2个月返院复查~(9m)Tc-DTPA肾动态显像，GFR值在(1～10)ml/min组(5例)，术前GFR为(4.25±2.99)ml/min，术后2月GFR为(4.00±2.94)ml/min，t=0.522，P＞0.05，表明术后GFR无明显变化；术前GFR在(11～20)ml/min(13例)、(21～30)ml/min(12例)、(31～40)ml/min组(4例)，术前GFR分别为(15.38±2.63)ml/min、(24.83±2.92)ml/min、(34.25±2.75)ml/min，术后2月复查GFR分别为(17.77±3.79)ml/min、(29.42±3.90)ml/min、(40.25±3.50)ml/min，经配对t检验，P＜0.05，有统计学意义，术后2月GFR较术前增高，肾功能有不同程度的恢复。

Results The total length of femur medullary cavity were (33.51±0.63)cm and (33.13±0.64)cm; the length of the narrow point were (5.61±0.49)cm and (5.17±0.46)cm; the narrowest part were located on the proximal end of medullary cavity the distance of them were (3.55±0.15)cm and (3.52±0.27)cm; the sagital diameter were longer than the coronal diameter of the narrow point medullary cavity, the front one were(1.215±0.113)cm and the other one were (1.077±0.116)cm; the arc semidiameter of medullary cavity were(120.608±6.089)cm.

Methods: Adult mice of Kunming variety were used as experiment animals. After judgement of oestrus, the oestrus period and oestrus stage were determined, and then those mouse were grouped depending on oestrus stage. The mice were dealed with diferrent dosage of PMSG and HCG to make them superovulation, afterwords were mated individually with the male mouse together at same cage. The embryoes were rinsed out and evaluated after 3.5 days when the plug had been seen. The transplant mice were born after the high-quality embryoes were transferred into the receptors mouse uterus at the same oestrus stage which was stimulated by mating with the male mouse which spermaduct had been ligated previously.

The analysis methods for the determination of microor trace elements in high moisture jellyfish were developed. The fatty acid compositions indifderent parts of fresh jellyfish were determined by GC/MS method. Thirty-five fatty acids wereidentified, and most of them were found in R. esculentum jellyfish for the first time. Especially,two unusual very long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids that were never detected in the otherjellyfish also were determined. Amino acids were abundant in R. esculentum jellyfish, especiallycontaining sulfur amino acids, and could be supplied for human diet. The polysaccharide inumbrella part of jellyfish was composed of glucose, galactose and uronic acid, and its molecularweight was 40,000, but the polysaccharide of the oral arms part consisted of glucose, mannose andglycuronic acid, and its molecular weight was 43,000. Above-mentioned data were never reported.The ethanolic extract of oral arms part of jellyfish were extracted by different polar solvents(petroleum ether, acetic ether, n-butanol), and antibacterial activity was tested to these extracts byfour species of terricolous pathogenic bacilli and three species of botanic pathogenic fungi. Theresult demonstrated that the petroleum ether extract had certain bactericidal activity for twospecies of pathogenic bacilli, and n-butanol extract had certain inhibited activity on apple rotpathogenic fungus.

建立了高含水量的海蜇产品中微量、痕量元素成分测定的分析方法；采用 GC/MS 方法测定了新鲜海蜇不同部位的脂肪酸组成，共鉴定出 35 种脂肪酸，其中大多数脂肪酸是首次在海蜇中被检测到，尤其是两种不常见的 C24：5 超长链多不饱和脂肪酸的分析和鉴定在其它水母种属中也从未见报道；海蜇三个部位中氨基酸成分齐全，含量丰富，含硫氨基酸含量较高，可与其它食物蛋白质的氨基酸互补；其中海蜇皮多糖是由葡萄糖、半乳糖和糖醛酸组成，分子量为 40，000，海蜇头多糖是由葡萄糖、甘露糖和糖醛酸组成，分子量为 43，000，以上工作均未见报道；利用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇三种不同极性溶剂分别萃取海蜇头乙醇浸提物，用纸碟法和生长速率法分别对四株陆源病原菌和三株植物病原真菌进行了抑菌实验，结果表明海蜇头石油醚提取物和正丁醇提取物具有一定的抑菌活性。

Result: Scoliosis was identified in 58 cases with Marfan syndrome (38 males and 20 females), the prevalence rate was 42.03%, male-female sex ratio was 1.18:1, 6 cases were in younger than 10-year-old group. 12 cases were in 11~20-year-old group, 19 cases were in 21~30-year-old group, 11 cases were in 31~40-year-old group, 7 cases were in 41~50-year-old group, 3 cases were in 51~60-year-old group. Mean magnitude of Cobb angle in coronal plane was 26.8°±27.8°, the types of scoliosis curve included thoracic curve (36 cases), thoracolumbar curve (11 cases), lumbar curve (2 cases), double curve (6 cases) and triple curve (3 cases), apex vertebraes were convex to the right side among single curves in 38 cases while 11 cases were convex to the left side. Mean magnitude of kyphosis in sagittal plane was 14.3°±13.2°, 5 patients had thoracic lordosis and 40 patients had hypokyphosis and 12 patients had normal kyphosis.

This in vivo study was to examine the historical changes of implanted novel chitosan/collagen composite barrier for confirming the clinical feasibility. Four other commercial GTR membranes were chosen for comparison. Among the resorbable GTR membranes, BioMend Extend and Peri-Aid are collagen base, and GORE-TEX OSSEOQUEST is synthesized membrane, while GORE-TEX e-PTFE (Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene) is synthesized but non-resorbable. Beagle dogs were used as animal model. Buccal mucoperiosteal flaps were reflected in the bilateral mandibular premolar and molar areas. Buccal alveolar bone was reduced on 1st、2nd premolar and molar to a level 5 mm apical to the cemento-enemel junction. Root surface was denuded of periodontal ligament and cementum, and notches were placed at the bone level of each root. The tested GTR barriers were implanted in critical bone defect areas. Flaps were coronally positioned and sutured. Two beagle dogs were sacrificed each time as the designed time period after surgery. Histological and histometirc evaluation at 7 days、14 days、28 days、3 months were performed post-operatively to determine the healing response of each treatment modality.

诊断 精囊炎52例，前列腺炎28例，生殖系统结核29例，后尿道腺瘤26例，前列腺和精囊囊肿11例，性交后血精8例，特发性血精9例，分别给予药物、手术或对症治疗。5例附睾结核药物治疗效果不佳而行附睾切除术，后尿道腺瘤行肿瘤电灼术后复发2例，再手术后短期未见复发。

目的：探讨外伤性骨盆骨折合并其他部位伤的诊治方法及最佳适应证方法：对71例外伤性骨盆骨折合并其他部位伤的病例进行不同方法的诊治：脾切除16例，肝修补7例，结肠手术6例，小肠修补吻合6例，膀胱造瘘4例，髂内动脉结扎10例，半骨盆离断术1例，髂血管探查取栓4例，胸腔闭式引流5例。

Methods Rabbits were randomized to three groups. Complex model group were fed with feed containing 0.5% cholesterol for 3 weeks. At the fourth, eighth and twelfth weeks, rabbits were given injection of lipopolysaccharide (1 μg) at auricular artery, cervical part and fold inguen, respectively. Normal group were fed with normal diet, while High cholesterol group were fed with feed confaining 0.5% cholesterol only. After 16 weeks, vascular tissues were analyzed using morphometric and histological methods, and the sera were checked for cholesterol, LDL-C, C-reaction protein and tumor necrosis factor-α. Results The cholesterol and LDL-C of High cholesterol group were increased, compared to those of normal group.
