The results showed that the heavy metals in various mediums were mainly Cu and Ni, and those concentrations were, in the descending order, in ditch, tailings, slagheap and cultivated soil. In the tailings and the sludge of the ditch, the concentrations of Ni were obviously higher than those of Cu. Whereas, in the soil and the weathering and atmospheric deposition of the waste slagheap surface, the concentrations of Cu were higher than those of Ni. This means that in the first two mediums, Cu and Ni mainly originated from the tailings, while in the latter two mediums, Cu and Ni mainly came from the atmospheric deposition of airborne particles of the smelting. Cr and Zn were mainly in residual fraction, Cu was mainly in oxidizable and residual fraction.

Methods Twelve femoral specimens from fresh adult cadavers were collected. The transverse femoral fracture models were created in the specimens by Panjabi method and randomized into 3 groups which were fixated with SCALN. ALN (auto-compression locking nail) and GK (Gross-Kempf). After fixation, tests of biological mechanics, stress-shielding analysis and measurement of stresses were performed systemically. Results were compared among the 3 groups.

Were extracted by different extracting solvents in lab, the results indicated that with the increasing of Mn concentration levels, the speciation of Mn in their roots transform from H2O-extractable species to HCl-extractable species and NaCl-extractable species, showed increases of Mn of oxalate binding and pectate binding or prontein binding in cell wall of roots; Mn of H2O-extractable species were 34.55～50.26% of total Mn in stems and increased with the increasing of Mn concentration levels, which benefited upward transport of Mn; Percentage of Mn of H2O-extractable species were 38.55～44.19% and Mn of HCl-extractable species were 20.66～28.74% to total Mn in leaves, suggesting that most Mn in leaves were the speciation of H2O-solubility organic salts or manganese oxalates. 5. Methods 56 patients in esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding were allocated randomly into the control group and the treatment group. All patients were given basic treatment, the CG patients received pituitrin (0.2U/min) though micro infusion pump,octreotide 0.1mg were injected in the TG patients and infused continuously at a rate of 25 礸/h. The efficient hemostasis, rebleeding, the average bleeding time and blood volume were recorded. Adverse reactions such as the queasiness, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, palpitaition and hypertension were observed.
