In our research, through derivatization of stable calix[4]pyrroles, active substituting units were jointed on the calixpyrrolic skelecton. After acylamide and free radical transfer reaction, the preparation of new calix[4]pyrrole-bonded stationary phases were fulfilled. the separation abilities of them to inorganic and organic anions and medicines were exploited and new analytical methods were established. The separation mechanisms were discussed. At the same time, through using calix[4]pyrroles as additives in CZE to influence the electrophoresis of inorganic anions, the recognition mechanisms and influencing factors in supramolecular chemistry were also studied.

本项目以新型杯吡咯大环化合物分子识别化学研究为基础，设计合成了含活泼取代基的官能化杯[4]吡咯化合物，通过酰胺化反应和原位自由基链转移反应制备了新型的杯[4]吡咯色谱固定相，系统研究了具有阴离子识别功能的杯[4]吡咯大环化合物作为离子色谱的分离介质对无机、有机离子型化合物和药物分子的色谱分离性能，建立了新的分析方法，对分离机理进行了探索和验证；同时将杯[4]吡咯化合物用作毛细管电泳流动相添加剂，利用其对无机阴离子电泳行为的影响探讨超分子化学中分子识别的机理和影响因素。

The microsturcture characteristics of M2 cast-strip were studied with such experimental methods as metallographic analysis, SEM, XRD and TEM[0]. The effect of sub-rapid solidification on the size, type and distribution of eutectic carbides in M2 cast-strip was analyzed. The effect of heat treatment temperature and its holding time on the eutectic carbides in M2 cast-strip was explored. The eveolution of metastable phase of M2C eutectic carbide during the heat treatment period and the decomposition dynamics concerned were researched. The M2 cast-strips were rolled into thin strips and the effect of deformation ratio on carbides in M2 cast-strip was examined. Then these thin strips were comparied with those that were produced by conventional technology on carbide, hardness, red-hardness and bend strength. At last the rolled M2 cast-strips were made into saw blades and their cutting performance was experimented on in tools factories and then compared with that of similar products produced by conventional technology.

The cumulus cells of OCC were cut off and dispersed by 1 mL syringe. The cumulus cells were co-cultured with the immature oocytes retrieved from the COH cycles after they adherent to the bottom of the dish. The immature oocytes were experienced IVM procedures in different culture media. They were divided into 3 groups(the oocytes at germinal vesicle stage from one woman were allotted to the same group randomly). Group 1: basic culture medium+ human follicular fluid; Group 2: solution A+ cumulus cells; Group 3: solution A+ OCC+ follicle stimulating hormone + epidermal growth factor. Then, the maturation rate, fertilization rate and formation rate of available embryo were observed.

摘要］ 目的：为探讨沐舒坦雾化吸入辅助治疗婴幼儿肺炎的效果。方法：将96例婴幼儿肺炎随机分成两组，两组均在常规抗感染，纠正缺氧、酸碱平衡、电解质紊乱，治疗组加用沐舒坦雾化吸入，对照组用α糜蛋白酶、地塞米松雾化吸入。对两组的咳嗽、痰鸣、气促、肺部湿音的消失时间及住院时间进行比较。结果：使用沐舒坦雾化吸入的治疗组在治疗痰鸣、肺部湿音消失时间及住院时间比对照组短（p.05）。结论：沐舒坦雾化吸入可提高婴幼儿肺炎治疗效果，尤其祛痰和减少肺部湿性音的效果较好。

In the survival group, patients' blood dynamics were stable gradually, DO2 and VO2 increased obviously, the blood lactic acid level was low, after complex therapy the patients were survival, however, in the death group the data demonstrated that patients' blood dynamics were unstable, the DO2 and VO2 was difficult to increase, and the blood lactic acid kept at high level, it showed that the tissues were seriously inthe condition of ischemia and anoxemia, the cell function failure was irreversible, although many kinds of complex therapy were carried on, the patient still died finally.

Methods: Mesenchymal stem cells were isolated from human term placenta by digestion of collagenase Ⅱ and their unique growth characteristic of attaching to the wall of cell culture flask. The proliferation ability was detected by living cell number counting and propidium iodide staining. Their surface markers were detected by flow cytometry. The cells were induced to osteoblast with dexamethasone, antiscorbutic acid and β-sodium glycerophosphate. And they also were induced to adipocytes with dexamethasone and insulin. After induction, the cells were observed by Von Kossa staining and oil red O staining.

Three expert systems for inversion were applied into practical engineering. Basing on the formulation of apparent resistivity in whole space, the curves of time vs. response which were gotten from practical exploring were transformed into the curves of depth vs. apparent resistivity by VC program. The data which were gotten from measurement line on working face in tunnel were transformed into the section map of depth vs. apparent resistivity. The result shows that expert system for inversion is feasible.
