Methods Ten mature Wistar rats were divided into normal control group (5 rats) and adenovirus (E1, E3-Deleted and carried math1 and enhanced green fluorescent protein report gene, Ad-Math1-EGFP) scala vestibuli transfer group (5 rats). Right ears of the Ad-Math1-EGFP transfering group rats were deliveried 5μl Ad-Math1-EGFP (physical tite 2.1×10^11v.p./ml) into cochleas through the way of drilling scala vestibuli of cochlear basal turn. As a control, the normal group received nothing to inner ear. In order to estimate functional condition of vestibule and cochlea, the click-evoked potentials on the surface of the cervical dura mater, auditory brain stem response and swimming time were recorded in all rats at 7 days after treatment, and then histologic and morphologic observation were carried out after animals were sacrificed. Results All animals' morphologic observation showed that inner ear hair cells were normal after transfer.

On the basis of summarizing separation method of acetic acid-water system, we studied the azeotropic distillation process of acetic acid-water system, selecting butyl acetate, isobutyl acetate and isopropyl acetate as entrainers. The influence of packing height, ratio of water to entrainer and acetic acid initial concentration to separation effect of azeotropic distillation was studied in detail. Simulation calculations of general distillation and azeotropic distillation were carried out. The influence of reflux ratio, theoretical plate, feed position, feed temperature and feed concentration to distillation process were discussed. Preferred process operation parameter, which had guiding meaning to practical production of distillation process were obtained. Basic data for the process amplifying design of azeotropic distillation tower were provided. Invest and operation energy consumption of two distillation methods were compared. The elementary technical design of azeotropic distillation tower was carried out on the basis of result of simulation calculation. The type of major auxiliary equipments and inner parts of packed tower were selected.The research results are as follows:(1) Butyl acetate, isobutyl acetate and isopropyl acetate could be selected as entrainer, and separation effect was near.

Methods: Twenty-four rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:① the control group(group C, n=8): received sternotomy only and no ischemia;② the ischemia/reperfusion group(group I/R, n=8): the left lungs of rabbits were rendered ischemia by ligating the left pulmonary hili for 60 minutes followed by 60 minutes reperfusion;③ the edaravone group(group E, n=8): the left lungs were rendered ischemia for 60 minutes followed by 60 minutes reperfusion, and 10 mg/kg edaravone was administered intravenously 5 minutes prior to ischemia. Blood MDA and SOD were measured. Protein concentrations, WBC count, and PMN percentage in broncho-alveolar lavage fluid were determined. Samples of left lung tissue were sent for determining the left lung dry-to-wet weight ratio and evaluating the pathologic changes.

The result showed that the surface architecture and ultrastructure of I.punctatus ' gill and secondary gill lamellae were similar to those of other teleosts. The surface of gill arches and gill rakers was covered with pavement cells which were characterized by circular microridges, and secreting-holes were found among cells on the surface of gill arches. The base part of gill rakers were bigger in terms of diameter. The pavement cells' surface of gill filaments' middle part was characterized by microridges with fine lateral protuberances on both sides which were either fused or interruped, while the microridges disappeared on the pavement cells' surface on both top and base parts of gill filaments, forming dense granulated protuberances. The height and interlamellar space of secondary gill lamellae in I.punctatus were relatively higher and bigger, respectively.
