Twenty-six eyes which appeared rejection after allograft penetrating keratoplasty between April 2003 and April 2004 in Shandong Shi'erming Eye Hospital were collected, including 16 males and 10 females, 9 cases were repeated relapsing viral keratitis, 8 cases were traumatic posterior corneal leucoma, 5 cases were corneal decompensation caused by various intraocular surgery, 2 cases were congenital leucoma, and 2 cases had other symptom. The rejection occurred at 2 month to 2.5 years after operation. Among them 19 cases were transferred to our hospital and asked adding traditional Chinese therapy because western medicine was ineffective in other hospital.

选择山东施尔明眼科医院2003-04/2008-04接诊的同种异体穿透性角膜移植后发生排斥反应病例26例，男16例，女10例，反复发作病毒性角膜炎9例，创伤性后角膜白斑8例，各种内眼手术引起角膜失代偿5例，先天性角膜白斑2例，其他2例，上皮型免疫排斥反应、基质型免疫排斥反应、内皮型免疫排斥反应均有，排斥反应发生在术后2个月～2.5年，其中19例是外院西药治疗无效而转入山东施尔明眼科医院要求加用中医治疗。

The results showed that:(1) The characteristic frequency of IC neurons of house mouse was increased with increasing recording depth, and the masker intensity used was positive relevant to the IC neurons\' minimum threshold. When the minimum threshold was high, the masker intensity needed was loud, vice versa.(2) According to the masking rate at MT+10dB of IC neurons to frequency modulation and tone burst, the IC neurons were classified as three types: type I neurons ( 72/113, 63.7%), in which the masking effect of TB was better than frequency modulation ;type II neurons (32/113, 28.3%), in which the masking effects of the two maskers were same; type III neurons( 9/113, 8.0%), in which the masking effect of FM was better than TB.(3) Type I neurons, the minimum threshold of which was low, but the Q_(10) and DR values of which were large; in type III neurons, the minimum threshold was high, the Q_(10) and DR values were narrow; in type III neurons, the MT Q_(10) and DR values were in between.(4) Both FM and TB could make the MT of type I neurons shift upward distinctively, but the effect of TB was more significant than FM.(5) The Q_(10) values of type I neurons became narrower under the influence of TB, were unaffected under the influence of FM.

结果显示：(1)小鼠下丘神经元的特征频率随着记录深度的增加而增高，掩蔽声强度与神经元的最小阈值呈正相关，即对高最小阈值的神经元进行掩蔽时需要的掩蔽声强度高，对低最小阈值神经元进行掩蔽需要的掩蔽声强度低：(2)根据调频声(frequency modulation， FM)和短纯音(tone burst， TB)对下丘神经元阈上10dB处反应的掩蔽，将小鼠IC神经元分为三类：Ⅰ类神经元(72/113，63.7％)，短纯音的掩蔽效果比调频声更好；Ⅱ类神经元(32/113，28.3％)，两者对神经元声反应的掩蔽率相同；Ⅲ类神经元(9/113，8.0％)，调频声的掩蔽效果更好；(3)Ⅰ类神经元的最小阈值低、Q_(10)值和动态范围大，Ⅲ类神经元最小阈值高、Q_(10)值和动态范围小，Ⅱ类神经元的最小阈值、Q_(10)值和动态范围介于Ⅰ和Ⅲ类神经元之间；(4)短纯音和调频声都可以使Ⅰ类神经元声反应的最小阈值明显上移，但短纯音使神经元最小阈值的上移更显著：(5)短纯音使Ⅰ类神经元的Q_(10)值变小，调频声使神经元的Q_(10)值增大不显著，短纯音与调频声对神经元Q_(10)的影响差别显著；(6)短纯音与调频声都使神经元的动态范围减小，并且作用显著，但短纯音的效果更显著：(7)短纯音与调频声都使神经元反应的潜伏期延长，效果显著，但TB的延长作用更为显著；(8)随着探测声强度的升高，短纯音和调频声对Ⅰ类神经元声反应的掩蔽率都降低，但在各个探测声强度短纯音的掩蔽率都比调频声高。

Methods: Twenty-four Kkay mice were divided into three groups(n=8):diabetes group,methionine-diet group,folic acid and vitamin B12 treatment group. C57Bl/6 mice were used as controls(C57). Four months later,the mice were sacrificed and their serum levels of Hcy,folic acid and vitamin B12 were measured by fluorescence polarization immunoassay. Pathological changes in kidneys were examined with the periodic acid schiff method with periodic acid-silver methenamine staining under electron microscope. Expression of MMP-9 protein or mRNA was detected by RT-PCR with immunohistochemical staining. Results: Different morphological changes of DN were found in Kkay mice.

The results showed:among the 7 isolates, five isolates of HY3、GY1－3、ZJ1－1、HP1、FC3 had same colony shape, irregular shape, liquidlike, slimy, opacity with smooth surface;the other two isolates had same shape, irregular shape, dry, opacity with coarse surface. By inoculating eucalyptus with the 7 isolates, the plants were infected apparently, and the young plants of eucalyptus in control experiment with tap water were not infected. By cultivating eucalyptus cuttings with the bacterial suspensions without EPS, the incidence of disease was very distinct,but compared with the former bacteria suspension,the incidence of disease has decreased at different degrees. By screening out two isolates of strong pathogenicity and two isolates of weak pathogenicity from the 7 isolates,making the bacterial suspensions with them to inoculate the young plants of eucalyptus, two treatments of cutlings and ramets with rats were set with 5 repetitions in every treatment, the results of data analysis showed: for the cutlings, the bacterial contents in upper and middle parts、upper and lower had significant difference;for ramets with roots, the bacterial contents in upper, middle parts, lower had significant difference between each other; For both the cutlings and ramets with roof, the bacterial contents in xylem and phloem had significant difference. The interaction between vertical and horizontal parts for the bacterial content had significant difference. For the two isolates of HY3 and 93B which were screened out at last,their activities of the cellulase were: 1.955ug/ and 1.288ug/ respectively, and had significant difference; the activities of pectase were: 1.325 ug/and 1.24ug/ respectively, and had no significant difference. The content of EPS extracted from the two isolates of HY3 and 93B was very different: 7.08x10-8ug/cell and 5.17x10-8ug/cell.

结果显示：7个菌株中，其中5个菌株HY3、GY1－3、ZJ1－1、HP1、FC3的菌落形态相同：不规则形状、流体、粘性、不透明、表面光滑；另外2个菌株93B、GN1菌落形态相同：不规则形状、干燥、不透明、表面粗糙；用7个菌株接种剪根桉树苗，发病情况非常明显，而自来水对照实验中桉树苗却不发病；无EPS菌悬液培养桉树剪根苗，发病率也很明显，但是相比原菌液，则发病率有不同程度的下降；从7个菌株中间筛选出来2个强致病性菌株和2个弱致病性菌株，用它们配制菌悬液培养桉树苗，设置剪根和不剪根两个处理，每个处理设置五个重复，数据分析结果显示：对于剪根苗，上部和中部、上部和下部的含菌量有显著的差异，中部和下部含菌量差异不显著；带根苗，上部、中部、下部含菌量彼此之间差异显著；不管是剪根苗还是带根苗，木质部和韧皮部含菌量之间的差异都非常显著；上中下与木韧交互作用中，含菌量差异非常显著；最后筛选出来的强弱2个菌株HY3和93B，它们的纤维素酶活性分别为：1.955ug/和1.288ug/，具有显著的差别；果胶酶的活性分别为：1.325 ug/和1.24ug/，没有显著的差别，而且HY3和93B两个菌株细胞分泌的胞外多糖的含量差异很显著，分别为：7.08×10-8ug/cell和5.17×10-8ug/cell。
