In this dissertation,Co-Cr2O3 and Fe-Cr2O3 granular films with superiorproperties have been successfully fabricated by RF co-sputtering technique underroom and 77K substrate temperatures for the first time.The microstructure,electrical transport and magnetic properties as well as their relation to TMR effectare systematically investigated by various techniques such as X-Ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,electrical diffraction,X-Rayphotoelectron spectroscopyand VSM,etc.,the change of electrical transportand magnetic properties in these films with their microstructure is also shown.Someinteresting and valuable results have been obtained after the theoretical fitting ofexperimental data with the existed theory.The temperature dependence of TMReffects in these films and the way to get larger TMR effect is also studied.Our mainprincipal results obtained are as follows:(1)Microstructure and Magnetism

Seasonal variation of the distributions of microorganism in the root-zones of wetland plants (Phragmites australis, Zizania latifolia, Zizania latifolia etc.), the substrate layers of control SSPs, together with the effects of wastewater treatment were studied. The results are as follows: the numbers of microorganisms in the different plant root-zones were different; the purification effects were also different. The number of microorganisms in the substrate of the control plot becomes smaller with increasing depth. The numbers of bacteria in fall were higher than those in the summer for the three plant zones and the control, and the number of fungi and actinomyces in summer was much higher than that in the fall for control. As for fungi and actinomyces in the experimental systems, most of their difference between the summer and fall were not as big as that in the control.

So many countries including China have come to pay attention to them and make up the codes for limiting the content in some products such as textile. By combining international codes, the thesis selects coating and textile that have close relative with people as objections. The research results are as follows:1. The thesis has established the textiles preparation method by a series of experimentations such as extraction solvent, extraction time, solid-phase extraction. The average recoveries of eleven phthalates are from 80.30% to 98.00%, and the relative standard deviations from 0.59% to 2.56%, the results show that this method is accurate and credible.2. The thesis set up the simultaneous determination of benzene, toluene, xylenes and phthalates in coatings.
