So, the study in this dissertation focuses on some key points in theuncertainty treatment of mobile robot localization as follows: Combined with the multiple proprioceptive and exteroceptive sensors ofmobile robot MORCS-1, aimed at the drift error of fiber optic gyro as theproprioceptive sensor, the neural network using genetic algorithm as optimaltool is proposed to accomplish the modeling and calibration for temperaturedrift of fiber optic gyro, which can reduce the drift error to the standard outputat constant temperature; and aimed at the noisy disturbance of ranging datafrom the exteroceptive sensor laser scanner, a dynamic adaptive filter isintroduced through the analysis of neighboring ranging data in time and spatialcorrelation to realize the real-time and dynamic filter, which can validly filter the noisy disturbance to meet the requirement of the accurately real-timeobstacle detection in mobile robot navigation.

The kinetic behaviors of ethylene homo- olymerization and ethylene / l-hexene co-polymerization , catalyzed by the metallocene catalyst PS-DVB-MC in an 0.5 L stainless steel reactor , were studied. The effects of polymerization conditions on ethylene polymerization , such as concentration of catalyst , temperature of polymerization , pressure of ethylene , molar ratio of AI / Z r , etc ., were also investigated . Some leading results were as follows : the activity of the catalyst PS–DVB- MC for ethylene homo-polymerization was high ( 1.053 x 107 gPE / mol Zr·h ), but the molar ratio of AI / Zr was low ( 350:1 ); the catalytic ability for ethyleneα-olefin ( such as l hexene etc .) co-olymerization was great , and the corresponding activity come up to a maximum of 1.753 x 107 gPE / mol Zr·h while concenlration of l-hexene was 0.080 mol / L ; the molecular weight of polyethylene was about 180,000 , meanwhile the molecular weight distribution was narrow ( 2.19 ); the bulk density of polyethylene and ethylene / l-hexene co -polymer were 0.25 and 0.34 respectively .

Flooding,as a kind of disturbance events,occurred with higher and higherfrequency over the world.To investigate the effects of flooding disturbance ongrassland vegetation and the soil,a comparatively thorough study was conducted onAneurolepidium chinense grassland in Songnen plain,Northeast China.The studysite was located in Sanjiadian National Rangeland in the territory of Da'an city,Jilirprovince,which was partly flooded in 1998.On the study site,Several transectssubjected to different flooding durations and intensities were designed for thecomparative study among them on such aspects as vegetation characteristics,seedbanks,vegetative propagation of rhizomatous plants,distribution patterns ofpopulations,interspecific relations,and physio-chemical properties of soil.Theresults were as follows:(1)Of the functional group composition of the vegetation,with the elongation of the flooding duration or the increase of flooding severity,theratio of hygric and hygro-mesic plants increase,while that of mesic and mesoxericplants decrease,of Therophytes changed unimodally,of Geophytes increased,whileof Hemicryptophytes decreased.

The weakness of marine laws system and the infirmness of macroscopical control by government policies relulted in unreasonable utilization, inefficient management, and insufficient protection of marine bioresources.
