On the basis of OCM, segmentation based on curvature radium is presented in the paper, in which curvature radium is calculated using parametric-surface fitting, and detecting edge points is realized from orthogonal direction, which ensure the integrality of edge points. Since the data is organized by cross-line in OCM, a new arithmetic, Double-direction Angle Difference arithmetic, is brought forward, which can pick up edge points more quickly.

Hereby we set up the hierarchy structure, the logical structure, the static model and the dynamic model of simulation system. The construction method of sweep entity of cutter and rotation parts is researched, and their differential geometry invariants are calculated. NC code is unscrambled, and the recursion division arithmetic of time segment is put forward, which is the driven data of the movement or rotation parts. The CLDATA should be interference-free. To examine if there is interference between cutter flank and the work piece, an arithmetic that discussed the existence of intersecting curve between them is put forward. To examine if there is interference between two turrets, an arithmetic that discussed the existence of intersection set between two polygons is put forward.

Subsequently we improve the arithmetic and implement the feature extraction of raw data using K-L translation, select the eigenvector. The paper summarizes theories and practices concerning data mining at the beginning. According to actual conditions of data forecasting, the paper particularizes two basic tasks in data mining, namely, exploring data analysis and forecasting modeling for classification, and employs them in load forecasting practically. Then a special short-term load-forecasting arithmetic is forwarded based on the former work, which can efficiently take into account weather effects on the load, and hence improve the accuracy of load forecasting.

This paper introduces the background knowledge of heterogeneous data integration, as well as the knowledge of data integration. On the basis of the above, The author develops an ontology-based Heterogeneous data Integration prototype system, expounds the main framework and essiontial technology. Then the paper introduces its work in detail: it explains the very significance of using ontology as an comon semantic description and an global query model ,and illustrates the reason fo adopting LAV method ; then it builds the formal representation of the mapping between ontology and data resources, applies OWL to describe the ontology and the mapping ; defines a query language named by DIQL to query on our integration system , and supply the detailed arithmetic of reolving partial binding of LAV method、locating of data sources and query rewriting,etc. Finally,the paper demostrates and proves the result of research by examples .
