The following are main contents studied: A finite element method for Navier-Stokes equation with ALE formulation is considered and by combined with theNewmark method of numerical intergration a pressure correction scheme is obtained for the solution of the FE formulation of N-S equation. Because the incompressibility condition can be satisfied approximately in this scheme, the interpolation functions of elements can be equalorder for the velocity field and pressure field. In the ALE formulation the fluid-solid interaction analysis became a three-field coupling problem of the fluid field, the solid field and the fluid dynamic mesh. The properties and charactiristices of this three-field coupling problem are deeply discussed.
研究的主要内容有:主容器中流体大晃动是一种强非线性问题,文中研究了求解ALE描述的粘性流体N-S方程的有限元方法,以有利于大晃动自由液面的跟踪和流体大晃动中非线性现象的描述;并结合Newmark数值积分法推出了求解ALE型N-S方程的压力修正解法,由于这种解法可以近似满足不可压条件,因此可以采用速度场和压力场等阶插值的有限元离散格式,从而较好地解决了普遍采用的不等阶插值解法中,速度场和压力场数值精度不一致、程序编制不便等的不足。

Based on electro-characteristic and double electric layers models, directional mechanisms of soy protein molecular are analyzed for the first time on DC heating condition. After the main factors which effect soy protein gels transparency and strength being studied on DC heating condition, the different affects on soy protein gels transparency and strength by DC heating and water bath heating are analyzed and compared, and the transparent mechanisms of soy protein gels are further explored. In addition to temperature action as water bath heating, DC heating is added as electric field directional action. As a results, heating rate is increased. Directional range degrees of soy protein molecules are raised. These advantage the increase of soy protein gels transparency and strength. Microstructures of soy protein gels forming on DC heating condition are observed by SEM and the results showed that ordered structure of transparent soy protein gels on DC heating condition is more ordered than that of transparent soy protein gels on water bath heating condition.
首次从大豆蛋白的电特性和双电层模型上分析了直流电加热条件下,大豆蛋白分子定向的机理;通过对直流电加热条件下影响大豆蛋白凝胶透明性和强度主要因素的研究,分析和比较了直流电加热与水浴加热对大豆蛋白凝胶透明性和凝胶强度的不同影响,又进一步探讨了大豆蛋白凝胶透明的机理;直流电加热除了水浴加热中的温度作用以外,又增加了直流电场的定向作用,提高了加热速率,提高了大豆蛋白分子定向排列的程度,有利于蛋白质凝胶透明性和强度的提高;利用SEM对电场下大豆蛋白凝胶微观结构的观察,进一步证明了直流电加热比水浴加热形成的透明大豆蛋白凝胶微观结构具有更高的有序性。

We prepared the ordered porous alumina membrane by a two-step anodization method in oxalic or sulfuric acids, which is a self-ordered hexagonal array of cells with an adjustable pore diameter of 20-150nm and a different pore structures (i.e. Y-branched, dendriform, toothed and torous ones). Furthermore, the template-electrodeposition, vapor-catalytic growth, and controlled chemical etching were developed for well-aligned carbon nanotubes and oxide nanopillars with adjustable diameter, Al2O3-AlN one-dimensional heterojunction, Y-junction and dendriform metal nanowires, as well as Y-junction, and torous carbon nanotubes. The resultant one-dimensional junctions were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM,HRTEM, and STM, and the field emission of the well-aligned carbon nanotubes and the luminescence of ZnO nanopillar array have also been mearsured.

A new method based on the Fourier-Bessel series is proposed to calculate the higher-order harmonic components of a nonlinear ultrasound field in absorbing medium and an analytical solution of a series form is obtained. A closed analytical solution of the higher-order harmonics in the zeroth-order Bessel ultrasound field and the focused Gaussian ultrasound field is deduced to study the field property, especially the near-field property.

Trichogramma showed high control efficacy on cotton bollworm eggs after three times of release both in the second and in the third generation bollworm periods. The parasitism on the second and third generation bollworm eggs were 66.0%-70.7% and 76.0%-81.2%, respectively, which were significantly higher than that in the control (second generation: 7.0%-12.3%, third generation: 5.2%-7.4%). And the injury rate of cotton buds and bolls in the second and third generation bollworm were 2.2% and 3.1%, respectively, which were significantly lower than that in the control (second generation:8.5%, third generation: 20.9%). In the second generation bollworm period, number of bollworm eggs or larvae in the Trichogramma released cotton field did not differ to that in the chemically controlled field. But in the third generation, there were significantly less bollworm eggs and larvae in the Trichogramma released cotton field. There were more predators in the Trichogramma released cotton field. These results indicated that cotton boll worm in the transgenic insect-resistant cotton field can he effectively controlled by mass-releasing of T.

In this thesis, we focus on the theory for the interaction of molecular dipole moment with external electric field and use the numerical simulation to investigate the rotational state-selection of polar molecules in a hexapole electric field and the laser-field role of alignment or orientation for molecules based on semi-classical treatment, the detail is the numerical calculation for a quantum mechanical treatment of molecules and their interaction with the external field and a classical electrodynamical treatment for static electric field.
