Methods and Results— Thoracic aortic segments from 8-week-old female B6 and C3H apolipoprotein E–deficient mice were transplanted into the infrarenal aorta of 10-week-old female F1 mice.

METHODS:Hind limbs ischemia was made by clamping infrarenal aorta with a microvascular clip and lung injury was made by following reperfusion. Lung tissue was obtained from the animals subjected to sham operation, 4 h ischemia without reperfusion and 4 h, 8 h, 16 h, 24 h, 48 h reperfusion following 4 h ischemia. The levels of HO-1 mRNA and protein were measured at different times by Northern blot and Western blot.

采用夹闭大鼠腹主动脉下段造成双下肢缺血和再灌注性肺损伤模型，分别采集假手术组，缺血4 h组及缺血4 h再灌注4、8、16、24、48 h组肺组织标本，以Northern印迹、Western印迹及免疫组化分析，观察HO-1表达的变化。

METHODS 24 patients diagnosed coarctation of aorta or interrupted aortic arch with congenital heart defects, aged 6 to 197 days average (78±58)days,weighed 2.3 to 5.6 kg average (4.0±0.8)kg,were randomly divided into DHCA group(n=15) and SACP group(n=9).Continuous SACP was established via the innominate artery cannulation after reaching target temperature, the flow rate was kept 15-30 ml/.

结果 9例（90％）病灶位于左下叶基底段，其中7例（70％）位于左下叶后基底段，1例（10％）位于右下叶后基底段；7例（70％）病灶表现为含液/气的薄壁多房囊腔，增强后囊壁无明显强化，3例（30％）表现为不规则团块，增强后有中等强化，其内有粘液嵌塞的扩张支气管，也可有钙化或液性区；MPR、MIP及VR等三维重建显示10例（100％）均为降主动脉发出异常分支供血，并通过肺静脉回流入左房，血管显示情况与手术相符；7例（70％）患侧肺门淋巴结有增大。
