The results revealed that the conversion was 92.4% when aniline concentration was 1 mol/L, feeding temperature was 25℃ and residence time was 11 s. With feeding temperature being the main factor, the effect of residence time decreases successively. The diazotization anomalies could be caused at aniline concentration above 1.5 mol/L. The proper feeding temperature which can lead to the highest conversion was 20~30℃.
