The different β-CD derivatives were coated on silica capillary columns by dynamic method, the chromatographic properties and retention behaviors of the fused silica capillary columns were studied, the results showed that the β-CD derivatives had good stereoselectivity and separation results to some compounds, especially to various positional isomers and enantiomers.
