Selective angiography and embolization is an effective and safe therapeutic method for maxillofacial racemose hemangioma.

METHODS Twenty-four patients with maxillofacial racemose hemangioma underwent selective angiography and complete filling embolization separately.

78 patients with high risk UAP were randomized divided into two groups: emergent PCI groups, 46 patients; non-emergent PCI groups,32 patients; All the patients were performed coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary intervention. 对16层螺旋CT显示冠状动脉狭窄和经皮选择性冠状动脉造影显示冠状动脉狭窄进行定量评价。以经皮选择性冠状动脉造影结果作为诊断的金标准。计算出16层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像对冠状动脉狭窄的诊断准确性指标。
