The adding of anatase nano-crystalline TiO_2 to the deposition solution accelerates the depositing of TiO_2 articles from the deposition solution on the silica glass fiber. A well-combined and durable TiO_2 thin film on silica glass fibers surface obtained by controlling the deposition temperature, deposition time, deposition cycles, concentration of the deposition solution, relative concentration of the deposition materials, pH value of the deposition solution. The effect of the deposition conditions, the drying conditions and the annealing treatment conditions on the surface morphology, section morphology, growth patterns, thickness of the deposited TiO_2 thin films were investigated. Growth rate and particle size of the thin films were controlled by the deposition conditions.

The results show that the white thick-bedded siliceous rocks have high contents of SiO2 and Al2O3 and high ratios of Al/ and Al2O3/(Al2O3+ Fe2O3). The ∑REE are low, and the North American shale-normalized REE patterns are characterized by enrichment of LREE and absence of Eu and Ce anomalies, which suggest that the white thick-bedded siliceous rocks might have been formed in the continental margin environment and affected significantly by terrigenous constituents. The anatase-rich siliceous rocks have high contents of TiO2, Fe2O3, Cu and V but low Al/(Al + Fe+ Mn) and Al2O3/(Al2O3 + Fe2O3) ratios. The ΣREE are high, the North American shale-normalized REE patterns are obviously characterized by left-oblique to flat styles of curves and slight negative Ce anomalies, implying that they might have been formed in an oceanic ridge environment.

UV-Vis absorption spectra showed that the photocatalytic ability of photocatalyst TiO2-xNx to expand to the visible region, the sample (3.84wt %) has the highest photo catalytic activity, the adsorption edge extend to 520nm and degradation is 55.54% under the visible light for 1.5h.

Two different geometry configurations of single-corner and double-corner for adsorption on the (101) surface cluster were calculated using DFT method.

The results show that perfect anatase nanocrystalline TiO2 can be obtained by SGRTSE method and the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 can be improved by doping and surface treatment. In the experimental system, the addings of proper salts are beneficial to the photocatalytic degradation of DBSNa. The pH value of solution, adding amount of TiO2, flow rate of air, and initial concentration are the main influence factors for the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange, and the apparent reaction order is pseudo-first-order, which could be described by Langmuir- Hinshelwood equation.
