BACKGROUND: Gastric tube necrosis is a major cause of anastomotic leak after esophagectomy.

背景：胃管坏死是食管部分切除术后吻合口漏的一个主要原因。

Methods:A total of 19 cases of anastomotic leakage following esophagogastrostomy (6 cases) or esophagojejunostomy (13 cases) after gastrectomy for gastric carcinoma in PLA General Hospital from January 1997 to December 2006 were analyzed retrospectively.

对1997年1月至2006年12月，中国人民解放军总医院治疗的胃癌切除术后6例食管胃吻合口漏和13例食管空肠吻合口漏共19例病人进行回顾性分析。

METHODS: Clinical data of 5 patients who suffered cervical anastomotic fistula contaminating mediastinum or pleural cavity after esophagogastrostomy, treated in our hospital, were retrospectively analyzed; the related literature was reviewed.

回顾性分析本院诊治的5例食管癌术后颈部吻合口纵隔、胸腔内瘘患者的临床资料并对相关文献进行复习。

BACKGROUND ＆ OBJECTIVE: A special kind of fistula will be formed when cervical gastroesophageal anastomotic fistula occurs and its contents contaminate mediastinum or pleural cavity after esophagogastrostomy. The diagnosis and treatment are difficult to made. It is very dangerous if the treatment is incorrect.

背景与目的：食管癌术后胃食管颈部吻合口内瘘入纵隔、胸腔时形成特殊类型的吻合口瘘，诊治均较困难，处理不当则易危及生命。

Most cervical anastomotic fistulas happen 1-13 days after esophagogastrostomy with critical conditions; timely diagnosis and proper treatment including operation could shorten the disease course and greatly decrease the mortality.

食管癌术后胃食管颈部吻合口内瘘多发生在术后1~13天，病情多较危重，及时发现并妥善处理包括积极手术介入可明显缩短病程，显著降低吻合口内瘘死亡率。

结果196例直肠癌病人发生术中并发症3例(1.5%)，手术后并发症17例(8.7%)，包括骶前静脉大出血、前列腺出血、输尿管损伤、切口感染、吻合口漏、直肠阴道瘘、吻合口狭窄、急性尿潴留和造口坏死狭窄等。

Methods: After transferred pcDNA3.1/hTM plasmid into rabbit artery by high-pressure injection, rabbit common iliac artery were cut and anastomosed again.
