Moreover, the hot compressive deformation behavior of the RS/PM AZ91 magnesium alloy and AZ91 alloy matrix composite were also investigated, the conclusions are drawn as follows:1. The processing parameters of the atomization-twin rolls quenching technology were optimized as follows: the diameter of the nozzle 1mm, the wheel velocity 25m/s, the pressure of atomization gas 0.3MPa and Ar gas for melt injection 0.1MPa. The RS AZ91 alloy flakes exhibited fine and uniform microstructures. When the flakes were extruded at 673K, extruded velocity of 0.1mm/min and extrusion ratio of 25:1,the magnesium alloy rods with clean surface, uniform dimension and excellent mechanical properties were obtained.2. The RS AZ91 magnesium alloy powders prepared by atomization-twin rolls quenched technology exhibited fine equiaxed grains with the grain size of 1-3μm, the phase constituent included supersaturate solid solution phaseα-Mg and miner fineβ-Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase. The as-extruded materials also exhibited equiaxed grains with the size of 5-7μm and a large number of fineβ-Al_(12)Mg_(17) and fewer AlMg_2Zn phases were detected in the alloy.

The results show that Fe0.13[Co20Ni80]0.87 alloy fibers are characterized with thin diameters between 0.3 and 2.0 μm, with high aspect ratio, dense and smooth surfaces. The crystalline size of the alloy fibers are mainly influenced by the thermal reduction temperature and are in the range of 20 to 50 nm with a corresponding reduction temperature range of 300 to 700 ℃. The magnetic properties of the alloy fibers are largely affected by the carbon content and crystalline sizes of the alloy fibers. With increasing thermal reduction temperature, the coercivity decreases while the saturation magnetisation value of the alloy fibers dramatically increases at lower reduction temperatures. The alloy fibers prepared at reduction temperature of 700 ℃ have a saturation magnetisation value of 120 Am2/kg and a coercivity value of 10.4 kA/m, respectively.

结果表明：Fe0.13[Co20Ni80]0.87合金纤维的直径为0.3~2.0 μm，表面光滑、长径比大；组成合金纤维的晶粒大小与还原温度密切相关，当温度为300~700 ℃时，晶粒尺寸由约20 nm增加到约50 nm；该合金纤维显铁磁性，其矫顽力主要受合金中C含量及晶粒大小的影响，随制备温度的升高而降低；饱和磁化强度则主要与合金的组分相关，随还原温度的升高和合金纯度的提高而增大；经700 ℃热还原后，合金纤维的饱和磁化强度 m s为120 Am2/kg，矫顽力 H c为10.4 kA/m。

The results show that the dissolution process of prefabricating alloy can be divided into two periods when the temperature of zinc melt is below the melting point of aluminum.Firstly,zinc melts infiltrates into the prefabricating alloy and then Zn-Al-TiC alloy forms in the surface layer of the prefabricating alloy.Secondly,the Zn-Al-TiC alloy of this alloy surface layer begins to dissolve to the zinc melt.

In high temperature range, brittle-to ductile transition had already occurred in deformed TiAlMnNb alloy, unpinning and climbing were the dominant deformation behavior in TiAlMnNb alloy. In the same way as TiAlMnNb alloy, different distinguishing feature the dislocation configuration at low, intermediate and high temperatures emerged in deformed TiAlMnNbB alloy.

The results show that in the applied load range of 10250 N, the mass loss rate of coated AZ91D alloy can be identified to three stages, which are related with whether the coating is worn out. Abrasion is the main mechanism for the coated alloy. The friction coefficient of the coated alloy during sliding wear appears oscillation before it reaches a constant value, which is close to the μ value of the matrix alloy. The mass loss rate of coated alloy increases slightly with increasing applied load when the applied load is more than 150 N because of high plastic deformation accommodation on the matrix alloy surface.
