This invention discloses a preparation method for anti-corrosion rare earth magnet material characterizing that it takes the optimized grain-boundary phase design as the starting point on the basis of a dual alloy method to select Nd base alloy with high crystal forming ability as the assist alloy and reduces the temperature of the press mold blank in a quartz container to room temperature from over grain-boundary phase melting point with the water extraction way to get enough cooling rate and guarantee the non-grain-boundary phase, compared with the material of the same composition prepared by ordinary method, the weightlessness of this invented material reduces over 30% after testing the weightlessness of the material by laying it for 96 hours under 121deg.C, 2 atmosphere and 100% humid environment to show the advanced performance of anti-corrosion.

Seven experimental Monel K-500 alloy were prepared with various addition schemes. The microstructures of seven experimental alloys in hot roll condition were examined, which showed no obviously difference. However, after solution treatment, the grains of the Mg added 2〓 alloy grew apparently, which are much bigger than the grain size of standard Monel K-500 alloy with no additive. It implies that the minor Mg element had purified the grain boundary.

The research results show for low Sn concentrations, for example 1wt%Sn with respect to Ni, the Ni/Sn surface alloy is energetically preferred. We have also used XPS to characterize the catalysts. The quantified Sn and Ni XP spectra for Ni/Sn/SLT catalysts show that Sn preferentially segregates to the surface of the Ni/Sn alloy. We demonstrate that supported Ni/Sn alloy catalyst provides significantly higher reforming reactivity and resistance to deactivation via carbon deposition than supported monometallic Ni catalyst both in steam reforming of CH4 and CO_2 dry reforming.

It is shown that Mn and Ti had refined the microstructure,and formed to precipitation affluent of Mn or Ti ,which approved the performance of the Shape Memory Alloy.For a certain strain,the shape memory effect vayied functionly together with the aging time:alloy performance the best coorperative status that the martensite lathing was close and ordered,the precipitation rich of Mn and Ti dispersed orderly in the microstructure and little or even no eutectoid phase had precipited in the alloy ,in a special aging temperature and time. With the prolonger of the aging time,the different aging time affects the microstructure rulely.

For a certain strain, the shape memory effect varyied functionly together with the aging time: alloy performance the best coorperative status that the martensite lathing was close and ordered, the precipitation rich of Mn and Ti dispersed orderly in the microstructure and little or even no eutectoid phase had precipited in the alloy, in a special aging temperature and time. With the prolonger of the aging time, the different aging time affects the microstructure rulely.
