In the biochemical analysis aspect, it is first time to use the simple fluorescence spectrophotometer to determine the protein in human serum by red alizarin as the probe of the RLS. Moreover, We have selected three other dyes of chromotrope 2R, acid chrome dark blue and pyrocatechin violet as the probes of the RLS in determining protein in human serum and achieving satisfactory results.
