Results:The clinical manifestation of postoperative gastroparesis was abdominal distention,vomit,no obvious celiodynia and normal gas discharge by anus in majority patients,weak enterocinsia was shown by barium meal X-ray of alimentary canal opacification,and unobstructed anastomotic stoma shown by gastroscopy.52 patients relieved from gastrointestinal decompression,nutrition support,water-electrolyte metabolism balance,gastrointestinal motility medicine and combined integrated traditional chinese medicine and western medicien treament.

结果：术后胃瘫的临床表现主要为腹胀、呕吐、无明显腹痛，大多数患者排气正常，消化道X-ray钡餐造影提示胃蠕动差，胃镜检查吻合口通畅。52例患者进行胃肠减压、营养支持、维持水电解质代谢平衡治疗，并应用促进胃肠蠕动的药物及中西医结合治疗等非手术治疗后，均缓解。

结果：术后胃瘫的临床表现主要为腹胀、呕吐、无明显腹痛，大多数患者排气正常，消化道x-ray钡餐造影提示胃蠕动差，胃镜检查吻合口通畅。52例患者进行胃肠减压、营养支持、维持水电解质代谢平衡治疗，并应用促进胃肠蠕动的药物及中西医结合治疗等非手术治疗后，均缓解。结论：手术后胃瘫的诊断主要依据临床表现；胃镜检查有其重要价值；排除机械性梗阻后，采取非手术治疗，可取得满意疗效。

Materials and Methods: According to authoritative clinical diagnosis standards and evaluation standards, 90 cases of outpatients and inpatients were selected as the research subjects. These patients of H.pylori associated alimentary disease all failed on routine triple therapy and belonged to deficiency-cold of spleen and gaster, damp-heat of spleen and gaster as well as stagnant blood of gaster. 90 cases were divided into three groups stochastically. 资料与方法：根据2007年《第三次全国Hp共识会议》制定的Hp感染临床诊断标准、根除标准，以及2002年《中药新药临床研究指导原则》的病例选择标准、中医辨证标准、临床疗效判断标准，选择经西医常规三联疗法根除失败的Hp感染相关消化疾病，且中医辨证属脾胃虚寒、脾胃湿热、胃络瘀血证的门诊和住院患者90例，随机分为对照组Ⅰ、对照组Ⅱ、治疗组，对照组Ⅰ30例予常规三联药物&奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、甲硝唑&治疗，对照组Ⅱ30例予新三联药物&奥美拉唑、左氧氟沙星、奥硝唑&治疗，治疗组30例予中药方剂&清幽汤&联合上述常规三联药物治疗，三组均以1周为一个疗程，共治疗2个疗程。
