Based on pre-experiment foundation of the earlier period, 60 male patients among 45-65 year old were chosed as the clinical case according to the PADAM diagnosis standard, and were divided into 3 groups according to the block stochastic principle, the observation group (acupuncture combined with BUSEHN capsule), group 1, group 2 (takes orally BUSEHN capsule group), each group had 20 cases, and each group of patients was measured by the method of radio-immunity for the serum level of testosterone, luteinizing hormoha, follicle-stimulating hormone before and after the treatment. By the contrast of the grade of PADAM symptom among three groups before and after treatment ,we can reveal the whole funcamental characteristic of acupuncture combined with herb ,and discuss a new way to enhance the curative effect of acupuncture ,and summarize the endocrinous adjustment of acupuncture for the PADAM's patients and the orchidic improvement by the treatment of acupuncture.

在前期预实验的基础上，选择符合诊断标准的PADAM诊断标准的45-65岁男性患者临床病例60例，按照区组随机原则分为3组，观察组、对照组1、对照组2，每组各20例，采用放射免疫法分别测定各组患者治疗前后血清中血清睾酮、黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素的血清浓度的水平；通过三组及三组间治疗前后PADAM症状评分指数的对比研究，揭示针药结合的整体调节作用特色，探讨提高针灸疗效的新途径；总结出针刺对中老年雄激素缺乏综合征患者的内分泌的调节及针刺对睾丸的改善程度，探讨针药结合治疗本病的机制及针灸增效剂的应用前景，为今后进一步研究打下坚实基础。

Results:Wound healing rate in group A was higher than that in group B and the wound healing time was 1～3 days earlier in group A.More active proliferation of epidermic cells around wounds showed in group A.The function of fibroblasts in wounds,collagen synthesis and secretion,were more vigorous in group A than those in group B.

结果：A组创面愈合率高于B组，其创面愈合时间较B组提前1～3 d；创周表皮细胞增殖也较B组活跃，创面成纤维细胞较B组呈现出更旺盛的合成与分泌胶原纤维的功能。

The results showed that the perimeter of leg significantly decreased (P.05), further decreased (P.01) in a HDT time-dependent manner compared with pre-HDT; in limb muscular group, the perimeter of leg decreased significantly (P.01) during from the HDT 18th day to the 30th day compared with pre-HDT; in bicycle ergometric group, the perimeter of leg decreased significantly (P.01) during from the HDT 22nd day to the 30th day ; in the HDT 10th day, the perimeter of leg in bicycle ergometric group increased significantly (P.05) as compared to that of control group; in the HDT 18th day, the perimeter of leg in limb muscular and bicycle ergometric group increased significantly (P.05) compared with control group.

For those in control group (n=14), the animals did not undergo any surgery of the nerve fibers and ganglia. In Vi group (n=9), the animals underwent bilateral resection of the nasociliary and postganglionic parasympathetic nerve fibbers. In SCG group (n=8), the animals underwent bilateral resection of supper cervical ganglia. In V1+SCG group (n=9), the animals underwent both surgeries as Vi and SCG group did. In sham operation group (n=11), the animals underwent carotid manipulation with blunt-tipped forceps as well as dissection of nasociliary and postganglionic parasympathetic nerve fibers around the ethmoidal foramen, without cutting any nerves. SCS was performed on rats and CBF was monitored by laser Doppler flowmeter recordings.

目的 观察五脏养阴汤治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法将符合中医诊断标准的120例更年期综合征患者随机分为两组，治疗组给予自拟五脏养阴汤（由黄精、麦冬、白芍、生地、玉竹、五味子、花粉、丹皮等药物组成），对照组给予更年安治疗，疗程1个月。观察治疗前后两组疗效、症状积分及fsh、e2变化情况。结果治愈率治疗组10.0％，对照组2.5％；总有效率治疗组93.7％，对照组82.5％。两组治愈率及总有效率比较，差异均有显著性（p＜0.05）。结论自拟五脏养阴汤治疗更年期综合征有较好的疗效。

Administration of methotrexate to rats caused severe enterocolitis with 66. 7% and 16. 7% mortality within 72 hours in the first group and the second group (2% Gln), respectively. But the sucrase and aminopeptidase activities, protein content, DNA and RNA content of small intestine in rats of group 3 and group 4 were significantly higher than those in rats of group 1 and group 2. Results The result in 4 weeks showed that the laying rate of trial group and control group was 83.86%and 69.96% respectively; broken egg rate and malformed egg rate of trial group were 1.28% and 4.33%, that of control group was 1.69% and 1.19%; total egg number and hatchable egg number of trial hen were more than that of control hen 3.89 and 3.26 respectively ; average egg weight was not affected. E2 level in blood of trial group was higher than control group.

objective:to approach the immunity status of pulse magnetic field treatment on treating paediatric lobular pneumonia.method:120 paediatric cases,suffering from lobular pneumonia by pulse magnetic field treatment,admitted by our department during the period of january 2008 and october 2008,designing observation group;120 cases,which were health check-up the same term,designing control group.observation group were picked blood 2ml before treatment and after treatment 4 weeks;control group was picked blood 2ml during health check-up.blood serum was separated and immunoglobulin was inspected by immunity nephelometry and immunity function were analyzed.results: iga igm igg value in 120 cases observation group was lower than of the control group and iga igm igg value was obviously heightener after treatment.the difference between the two cases was significant in statistics（p.05）.conclusion: pulse magnetic field treatment on treating paediatric lobular pneumonia improve immunity function,boost up resistance of paediatric cases.

目的：探讨脉冲磁疗治疗小儿支气管肺炎前后体液免疫功能状况。方法：我科于2008年1月~2008年10月收治的部分支气管肺炎患儿采用脉冲磁疗治疗120例，设为观察组；同期门诊健康体检儿童120例，设为对照组，观察组于治疗前及治疗后4周分别采血2ml，对照组于体检时采血2ml，分离血清用免疫比浊法进行免疫球蛋白检测，并对治疗前后患儿的体液免疫功能进行分析研究。结果：120例观察组患儿治疗前iga igm igg值均低于正常对照组，且观察组治疗后iga igm igg值均较治疗前明显增高，且经统计学处理差异均有显著性（p.05）。结论：脉冲磁疗治疗小儿支气管肺炎改善了患儿的体液免疫功能，从根本上增强了抗病能力。

Methods: Thirty male SpragueDawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, group A 3 days after L5 VRT, group B 7 days, group C 14 days, group D 21 days and group E of sham operation, whose left spine cords were exposed by hemilaminectomy.
