In this thesis thecurrent situation and future of the aged has been analyzed mainly, seven characters werediscussed as followed: trend of aging phenomenon, high growing speed of this phenomenon,big absolute unit of population, un-equilibrium distribution in the whole country, low healthylevel, exceeding economic development. The influence on economy, society, family,psychology and so on had been discussed also. It pointed out the importance of stabilizing thebirth level, performing new trinity mode of providing for the aged by themselves, by thesociety and by their children, taking actions to delay the aging speed correspondingly andfulfilling elementary service for their health.

本文分析了我国人口老龄化的现状及发展趋势，讨论了我国人口老龄化速度快，绝对数大，分布不均衡，健康水平低，超越经济发展等七个特点，论述人口老龄化对我国经济、社会、家庭，心理等影响，提出要稳定生育水平，实行自身、社会、子女养老三位一体新模式，采取相对延缓老龄速度，实施老年初级健康服务等应对策略和对策。

Methods Two hundred and ninety seven middle-aged and aged females were sampled randomly from the cases who were examined in the bone mineral density measurement department of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2004 to January 2006, and their age, stature and body weight were recorded exactly. The BMD of lumbar (L2~4), femoral neck, Ward's and great trochanter was measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometer, then statistically analyzed.

从2004年1月～2006年1月在南昌大学第二附属医院骨密度测定室检测的就诊者中随机抽取297例中老年妇女，准确记录其年龄、身高、体重；采用法国DMS公司Challenge：双能X线骨密度测定仪检测腰椎(L2~4)、股骨颈、ward's三角以及大转子的BMD，然后进行比较和统计分析。

To professional identity of kindergarten teacher majors, there exist such differences as: nature of kindergarten, age of the kindergarten teachers, years of serving as a teacher, the educational background, professional post and salary and so on, which can be seen in the following aspects: 1 the degree of professional identity of kindergarten teachers in non-governmental kindergarten is higher than that of teachers in governmental kindergartens; 2 the degree of professional identity of kindergarten teachers aged between 21 to 25 is the highest, while those aged between 31-40 is lowest; 3 the professional identity of kindergarten teachers who have taught for 2 to 14 years in school is of the highest, while those for 15 to 25 is of the lowest; 4 those whose academic background is intermediate rank are considered to be the highest in the professional identity while those graduated from the junior middle school are regarded to be the lowest, 5those whose professional post ranks second in primary school are the highest level in professional identity, while those whose professional post are of first rank are in the lowest; 6those whose income is between 501 and 1000 RMB are regarded to be on the top in their professional identity while those whose income above 1500 RMB are in the lowest level.

Materials Methods: Beast ultrasound was performedduring luteal phase and late follicular phase in 50 women, aged 25～45, with normalmenstrual cycle and no distinct breast disease; Serum estradiol and progesteronelevel were measured by enzyme immunoassay on the day of ultrasound performed. Onehundred of twenty nine menopause transition women and 318 menopause women wereselected. All of them had ultrasound of breast and serum estradiol report. Breast pain wererecorded. Sixty menopausal women aged 56.8 yr. and menopausal aged 8.2 yr. participated1-year double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled and 2mg 17β-estradiol continuouscombined with 1mg norethindrone acetate clinical study. In conclusion, these results suggested that (1) the ageing-associated decline in fertility of female KM mouse was due to a decrease in both quantity and quality of oocytes;(2) the ooplasm from young mice did not correct the meiotic errors of aged mice, and the ooplasm from aged mice did not induce abnormal segregation of meiotic chromosome of young mice, indicating that meiotic anomalies found in the oocytes of aged mice might be related to nucleus or chromosomes and relevant factors;(3) a critical nucleocytoplasmic ratio was essential for normal maturation and segregation of meiotic chromosomes of oocytes and development to 2-cell embryos.

本研究结果表明：（1）昆明白小鼠与衰老相关的生育力下降是其卵母细胞数量减少和质量下降的综合结果；（2）年轻小鼠卵母细胞细胞质不能纠正老龄小鼠GV的减数分裂错误，老龄小鼠卵母细胞细胞质也不诱导年轻小鼠的GV发生减数分裂错误，老龄小鼠卵母细胞减数分裂异常很可能与细胞核或染色体及其相关因素有关；（3）关键的核质比对卵母细胞正常的成熟、减数分裂染色体分离及2-细胞期胚的发育是绝对必需的。

Abstract］ objective to investigate the clinical featuremnursing and prognosis for cerebral infarction of aged people above 80 years old.methods selected 50 patients of aged people above 80 years old（maximun age 93）dured 2004 to 2006,who had been conformed cerebral infarction with mri or ct.results there were 38 patients improving and 11 patients died,who suffered from multi-focus of infection,large area and serious complication.conclusion aged people above 80 years old suffered from cerebral infarction with serious symptom,multi-complication and high mortality rate.

目的 探讨80岁以上老年人脑梗死的临床特点、护理及预后。方法取2004～2006年收治的50例80岁以上脑梗死患者（其中最大者93岁），均用头颅mri或ct证实。结果 50例中多数为多病灶、大面积和伴有并发症，治疗后好转38例、死亡11例。结论 80岁以上老年人患脑梗死后症状重、并发症多、死亡率高。
