本文就近年来TP防治口腔疾病的探究进展作一综述。1 TP的基础探究1.1 TP的组成TP是一类多羟基酚类化合物的总称，约占茶叶干重的25%，其主要成份包括表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯、表没食子儿茶素、表儿茶素没食子酸酯、表儿茶素等，其中表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯含量最高，约占儿茶素的80%[1]，并以其独特的分子结构在抗氧化、抗突变、抗肿瘤等方面占有重要的地位。1.2 TP在口腔中的吸收和代谢Lee等[2]测得正常健康人在咀嚼绿茶叶或含漱绿茶液后的一个小时内，唾液中TP含量很高，并观察到绿茶通过唾液酶水解后，TP缓慢释放并在口腔局部发挥功能；Yang等[3]检查了6位志愿者饮茶后的唾液水平，结果表明饮茶后唾液中TP浓度是血浆TP浓度的2倍，而含漱茶溶液几分钟即可产生更高水平的唾液TP浓度，且TP可通过口腔黏膜吸收。

RESULTS: Of the 44 patients, 25 received adjuvant chemotherapy after operation; 1 received operation alone; 18 received induction chemotherapy. Of the 18 patients, 7 received tumor resection after chemotherapy; 2 patients with primary mediastinal chorioepithelioma with multiple metastases received radiotherapy on residual disease after chemotherapy; 1 patient with postoperative abdominal metastasis and 1 with postoperative lung metastasis achieved complete remission after chemotherapy; 1 patient with mediastinal sinus tumor achieved partial remission after chemotherapy; 6 had poor response to chemotherapy and died of disease progression.

Results:Out of the nine tuberculose patients,six healed after second operation,one sinus formation,two died.Out of the two disruption of wound,one was re-sutured and healed,the other healed after a long term of dressing changing.Seven infectious incision were controlled within one month.Out of the nine cerebrospinal fluid fistulae,eight were cured conservatively,only one spinal meninges was repaired.One epidural hematoma was cleared and made a good healing.Out of the two mold infection,one was cured after focal clearing,the other developed to chronic recurrent sinusitis.Four patients with sore healed after decompression.The other eight patients (four by hemostasis narcotic,two by liquefied fat,two by dermal allergic papular eczema) had good healing after intra-red therapy.

METHODS: 40 cases were classified stage IV with lumen obstruction after they failed all other treatment regimens. PDT was performed witn 630nm light delivered through cylinder diffusing tip quartz fibers passed through the biopsy channel of a flexible endoscope 48h after intravenous injection of the photosensitizer photofrin. PDT endoscopy was repeated and necrotic tissue was mechanically removed and, if necessary, that site or other new sites were treated after 48 hours. Two days after this another endoscopy was performed and the necrotic tissue was mechanically removed. Endoscopy was repeated one month after PDT and periodically thereafter as needed to re-treat symptomatic residual tumor.

40例肿瘤患者均属于IV期，所有患者都经过化疗、放疗或其他方法治疗无法解除腔道梗阻或不完全梗阻，部分完全梗阻患者结合其他治疗手段解除梗阻，光敏剂为photofrin，按2mg/kg体重静脉滴注，48小时后经内镜导入光导纤维给以630nm（DIOMED半导体激光治疗机）的激光照射，2天后经内镜清除坏死组织并对原有病灶和新发现病灶给以复照，之后根据具体情况给患者的病灶部位清除坏死组织。
