objective: searching for the treatment which prevents the recurrence of the urinary bladder carcinoma after excision.method:according to the consequence of sensitive test ,we poured chemical medicine into artery before and after the operation ,injected mitomycin c into the tela submucosa after the excision of carcinoma during the operation and pour medicine into bladder regularly after operation.result:in all the 65 specimen group,60 got following investigation more than 3 years,the rate was 92.3%.and 4 recured in 19,27,37,43 months after operation.the rate of recurrence was 6.7%.

RESULTS: Of the 44 patients, 25 received adjuvant chemotherapy after operation; 1 received operation alone; 18 received induction chemotherapy. Of the 18 patients, 7 received tumor resection after chemotherapy; 2 patients with primary mediastinal chorioepithelioma with multiple metastases received radiotherapy on residual disease after chemotherapy; 1 patient with postoperative abdominal metastasis and 1 with postoperative lung metastasis achieved complete remission after chemotherapy; 1 patient with mediastinal sinus tumor achieved partial remission after chemotherapy; 6 had poor response to chemotherapy and died of disease progression.

结果：44例患者中，25例行术后辅助化疗；1例单纯手术；18例行诱导化疗，其中7例患者化疗后肿瘤缩小行手术切除，2例原发纵隔绒癌伴多发转移患者化疗后行残留病灶放疗，1例术后腹腔转移和1例术后肺转移患者化疗后获得完全缓解，1例原发纵隔内胚窦瘤化疗后部分缓解，未做进一步治疗，6例患者化疗无效进展死亡。

Results:Out of the nine tuberculose patients,six healed after second operation,one sinus formation,two died.Out of the two disruption of wound,one was re-sutured and healed,the other healed after a long term of dressing changing.Seven infectious incision were controlled within one month.Out of the nine cerebrospinal fluid fistulae,eight were cured conservatively,only one spinal meninges was repaired.One epidural hematoma was cleared and made a good healing.Out of the two mold infection,one was cured after focal clearing,the other developed to chronic recurrent sinusitis.Four patients with sore healed after decompression.The other eight patients (four by hemostasis narcotic,two by liquefied fat,two by dermal allergic papular eczema) had good healing after intra-red therapy.

In Wistar rats, latent period of a-wave in scotopic rod response after 1-week transplantation was shorten (P.05); and latent period of a-wave in scotopic rod response after 2-week transplantation was prolonged (P.05); while latent period of b-wave in scotopic maximum response after 1-week transplantation was shorten (P.05). In RCS rats, amplitude of a-wave in scotopic rod response and photopic response after 4-week transplantation was increased (PO.05); while latent period of a-wave in scotopic rod response after 4-week transplantation was shorten (PO.05).Conclusion 1. At the age of 3 months, photoreceptors of the RCS rat degenerated completely, which leaded to the reduction of amplitudes of a-wave and b-wave.

The dynamic changes of the the neuron apoptosis and correlative genes in hippocampus of ACET-groups and twice-ACET-groups suggested that ACET can slower the apoptosis by inhibiting p~(53)and prolong the ascending period of p~(53) in 4 days after the seizure,this effect would weaken after 4 days.ACET may inhibit the descending of Bax,prolong its descending period and then promote its expression,in order to weaken the inhibition of the apoptosis during 4 to 10 days after seizure and then promote the apoptosis during 10 to 14 days after.This effect of ACET can be enhanced after treating again within 7 to 14 days later.

Results: There were different degree of distending pain and sensory disability presented in the injected position after injection. The numbness disappeared after 1 to 3 month. Return visit examination after 1 month showed that pain of 52 cases disappeared and 9 cases remitted, remission rate was 97%. 57 cases were followed-up surveyed after 6 months, 4 cases recurred and recurrence rate was 7%. 50 cases were followed-up surveyed after 3 years, 11 cases recurred and recurrence rate was 22%.

METHODS: 40 cases were classified stage IV with lumen obstruction after they failed all other treatment regimens. PDT was performed witn 630nm light delivered through cylinder diffusing tip quartz fibers passed through the biopsy channel of a flexible endoscope 48h after intravenous injection of the photosensitizer photofrin. PDT endoscopy was repeated and necrotic tissue was mechanically removed and, if necessary, that site or other new sites were treated after 48 hours. Two days after this another endoscopy was performed and the necrotic tissue was mechanically removed. Endoscopy was repeated one month after PDT and periodically thereafter as needed to re-treat symptomatic residual tumor.

40例肿瘤患者均属于IV期，所有患者都经过化疗、放疗或其他方法治疗无法解除腔道梗阻或不完全梗阻，部分完全梗阻患者结合其他治疗手段解除梗阻，光敏剂为photofrin，按2mg/kg体重静脉滴注，48小时后经内镜导入光导纤维给以630nm（DIOMED半导体激光治疗机）的激光照射，2天后经内镜清除坏死组织并对原有病灶和新发现病灶给以复照，之后根据具体情况给患者的病灶部位清除坏死组织。
