The background survey and tracking survey of artificial reef area in Chenghai Laiwu were carried out before and after reefing in 2003 and 2007, respectively. The results indicated that after the deployment of artificial reefs, the biomass density of fishery resources increased by 25.63 times, which were much higher than before. The resources species was much more abundant; total number increased from 23 to 41, which increased by 0.78 times. The crab resources sharply increased by 1.75 times after artificial reef were deployed. Harpodon nehereus and Portunus sanguinolentus , which did not appeared in background survey, now became the dominant species in tracking survey. There were high diversity indexes in artificial reefs area and control area in tracking survey. In conclusion, the results indicated that the fish-aggregating effect of artificial reef site has improved a lot, and the community structure and the habitat environment have been significantly improved.

摘 要：2003和2007年分别对澄海莱芜人工鱼礁区进行了投礁前的本底调查和投礁后的跟踪调查，结果表明，投礁后礁区海域游泳生物的资源密度明显比投礁前高，增加了25.63倍；礁区海域各类资源种类均比投礁前丰富，总种数由投礁前的23种增加至41种，比投礁前增加了0.78倍，其中，蟹类种数增加最多，增加了1.75倍；在本底调查中没有出现的经济种类龙头鱼 Harpodon nehereus 和红星梭子蟹 Portunus sanguinolentus 在跟踪调查中已成为主要优势种；Shannon-Wienver多样性指数在礁区和对比区均比投礁前有所增加。

In order to understand the degree of simulation produced by exercise loads subjected to li zhu-hong during sub highland training to his body, and to grasp sub highland training patterns, the authors tracked and tested conventional uric indexes and some biochemical indexes of li zhu-hong at different training load stages during sub highland training, and revealed the following findings: different exercise loads and intensities have no significant effect on the number of red blood cells; training with high exercise intensities can increase the levels of serum urea nitrogen and creatine kinase, and significantly increase the percentages of testosterone and cortisol, which recovered their normal levels after exercising; there is no significant change in specific gravity of urine, acetone body, nitrite and white blood cells before and after exercise loads; the levels of urine protein, occult blood, bilirubin and urine bladder essence increase after exercising.

Abstract］ objective to investigate the clinical effect of esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops for asthenopia after lasik.methods 100 eyes of 50 cases were given esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops to treat asthenopia,compared with matched control subjects（100 eyes） of asthenopia and amplitude of accommodation.results in one and two weeks after lasik, esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops were more effective compared with matched control subjects.conclusion esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops are effective and safe for treatment of asthenopia after lasik.

目的 观察七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗lasik术后视疲劳的疗效。方法运用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗lasik术后病人50例100眼，以视疲劳的自觉症状及眼调节幅度为观察指标，与对照组进行对比。结果术后1周及2周时七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗组较对照组主观症状及眼调节幅度有明显改善。结论七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗lasik术后视疲劳安全有效。

第二章首先介绍资料库之概念，并以建置方式与是否具原创性区分方式探讨资料库法律保护之必要性，而因著眼原创性对於资料库法律保护之重要性，便於第三章以比较法独立观察英、美、德国对原创性之观点，以接续探讨三国对资料库所采取之立法途径。第四章部份介绍欧盟资料库保护指令之相关规定，并就指令公布后，欧盟法院於2004年接续作出四个关於资料库保护之判决加以介绍，以期寻求欧盟法院如何运用指令规范中之构成要件，而后并参考欧盟委员会工作小组及消费者组织报告对欧体资料库指令之评估文献，探究欧盟各国采取与指令相同立法后，在资料库市场上是否有正面的回应及影响，并於第五节针对英、德两国跟进欧盟资料库保护指令立法之介绍，并归纳、检讨英、德两国之现行法制之发展与所面临之问题。第五章延续第三章、第四章论述后，进入美国1991年Feist案后，美国法院对国内资料库保护之后续见解，探究1991年Feist案对美国资料库保护之影响程度，同时并述美国於欧体公布资料库指令后国会提出之资料库立法草案。第六章则针对日本新增资料库著作之立法模式加以介绍，并藉由日本学界、实务之见解探讨该立法模式之优缺点，再於第七章进入我国法制之介绍，以观察我国目前之法制是否提供资料库充分的保护，探讨资料库立法之必要性，最后尝试提出我国立法模式之建议。第八章则为总结之论述。
