Part II The experiment study on anti-tumour effect of dendritic cells derived from peripheral blood monocyte of patients with oral cancer after pulsed by tumour antigen in different ways. Collected 50ml peripheral blood from each patients and volunteers to induced DC in vitro. We parted the test group and control group into three subgroups respectively, untreated group A, freezed and thawn group B, RNA transfected group C. To group A, after induced DCs for five days , we added 200U/mlTNF-α in each hole and cultured on. To group B, we added protein antigen (DC/ tumor cells = 1 : 1 ,each hole) for 4h at 5d, and then added 200U/mlTNF-α in each hole and cultured on. To group C, transfected immature DC with tumor cell RNA(DC:RNA=1×105/ml: 5ug)at 5d, operated completely with the specification of invitrogen DMRIE-C reagents. After transfection we replaced transfection agent with complete medium, and then added 200U/mlTNF-α in each hole and cultured on.

第二部分口腔癌患者外周血来源的树突状细胞体外负载抗原后抑瘤作用的实验研究无菌采集20例口腔癌患者和20例健康志愿者外周血50ml，分离单个核细胞体外诱导培养DC，并将实验组和对照组细胞各分为三组，A组为未处理组，B组为冻融组，C组为RNA转染组。A组DC在培养5d后，每孔加入TNF-α200U/ml；B组DC培养第5d后，每孔中加入癌细胞蛋白抗原，使DC/肿瘤细胞=1：1，继续培养4h后，每孔加入TNF-α200U/ml；C组将培养至第5d的未成熟DC用肿瘤细胞RNA进行转染(DC：RNA=1×105/ml： 5ug，按照invitrogen DMRIE-C试剂说明书进行操作)，转染结束后用完全培基取代转染剂，每孔加入TNF-α200U/ml。

Moreover, after being followed up for 3 years, 49 patients who received regular SIT have less possibility to suffer from asthma than those of 23 cases patients who had irregular SIT, and the difference between them was statistically significant (P.01). For AR patients complicating with asthma, their asthmatic symptoms and physical signs had been improved after SIT. It was increasingly reduced for the level of TIgE, SIgE, and ECP in serum of AR patients after SIT.

The results showed that soil type had significant effects on the root morphology and nodule traits of test varieties. In alfisol, the root dry mass, root length, and root surface area of test varieties were greater at the fifth trifoliolate stage and bloom-beginning stages while smaller after seed-beginning stage, compared with those in mollisol, and the average root diameter after seed-beginning stage was higher in alfisol than that in mollisol. Soil type did not affect root-shoot ratio. The nodule number after seed-beginning stage was much smaller in alfisol than in mollisol, while the nodule fresh mass and the mass per nodule were in adverse.

The experiment results showed that, the MnO_2 particles scattered uniformally after milled for 6h, the average diameter was 300nm, which loaded on the surface of fiber in flat successfully. The removal efficiencies to HCHO of MnO_2 milled for 6h was up to 94.07% after 72h, the removal efficiencies increased with the content of MnO_2 loaded, its increased after treated with DMF, or so was 7%.

The results show that compared with the uninoculated pear fruit, the PPO activity of the pear fruit inoculated by the pathogen markedly increase in 48 hours after the inoculating treatment, the PAL activity is on the rise during the 120 hours after inoculation, POD and CAT activities reach a peak at 72h after inoculation, and the SOD activity of the inoculated treatment is also obviously higher than that of the contrast, which suggests that those enzymes are closely-related to pear fruit against Botryosphaeria berengriana f.sp.

Results In most patients, the first urination occurred in 2～3 hours after renopuncture, uroschesis developed in 4～6 hours after renopuncture. The rate of uroschesis in teenager was higher than that in adult, and it was also higher in patients with prone position than patients with supine position. The rate reduced by induced urination in 2 hours after renopuncture.

结果 多数患者在肾脏穿刺术后2～3小时完成第1次自主排便，尿潴留的发生时间以术后4～6小时为最多，少年组尿潴留的发生高于成年组、术后处于俯卧位的患者较处于仰卧位的患者更易发生尿潴留，术后2小时采用诱导排尿方法能降低术后尿潴留的发生。
